I wish I would have known about the person killed over here 14 years ago. I dont like the keyless entrance, the constant rules being sent by email but yet broken. Why do you have to have reserved parking? That should be assigned. I missed up by signing a 16 month notice when it should have been 6 months. Getting rocks thrown at you by kids walking home wasnt fun. Then the crazy lady who had an Amazon package delivered to my apartment found out what happens when you come banging on my door. Here's 13 months notice. I wont be renewing

Thanks for such a lovely hospitality and a easy process of renewing my lease and most of all prompted service regarding any issues that may occurred in my aapartments and kudos to the maintenance crew. ??

I'm sure as new residents moving the amenities and upgrades to units are better but for a resident of over 8yrs such as myself I can't get something as simple as new carpet or blinds. The Athena look good on the outside but not worth the cost of valet trash that hardly come out, constant sewage back up, and water leaks. The maintenance guys are a delight but some of the new office staff are not!

We never had problems with our community. We have had problems with the administration. We ask to fix the issues in our apartment but they never take care of the problem we ask so many times since we move to this apartment

It's quite at time but the apartments take forever to fix thing constantly having water issues every month the water is turned off at some point and they blame it on city of Houston and don't send out no information till mid day

The prices are good at a I am in this property for reasons of my children's school it is a minute away but the maintenance on unit 1108 is bad I have a leak in 2021 and they fix it temporarily but it will liquidate again 1 year and I mean, I told them that the seals on the refrigerator don't work but they don't change them.

En general buena experiencia, aunque fuese mucho mejor si se mejorara algunos detalles como limpieza de desechos de mascotas y atender los cambios necesarios como carpetas y puertas da?adas y otros. Tengo tres meses pagando un servicio de alarmas que no funciona. Por dem?s me siento bien.

The aesthetic is definitely there in the outside but the inside is literally falling apart between the maintenance issues and bugs from neighbors not impressed. No one cleans up behind their pets so there animal poop everywhere. And while the new valet trash is convenient it makes the community stink.

I was able to locate a property that had units ready to move into and had no problem with signing the lease and viewing the property. Everything went very smooth. I have been here almost 2 years and am very happy with my choice.

At first I enjoyed living here it felt like home everything was so convenient my jobs stores etc but now I don't enjoy living here anymore and it doesn't feel like home anymore and I'm tired of paying the usage of other tenants water also the amount I'm paying in sewage is outrageous as long as I lived in apartments I've never paid over a hundred dollars for sewage for this complex my sewage bill is always more than my water bill I don't drink bathe nor use sewage water so I don't know why the sewage bill is always more than the water bill I feel like you all is making us pay for the replacement of y'all pipes or to unclogged the sewage line when you all been having sewage problems before I move in because I seen it the day I was getting my keys to look at my apartment also before this complex became under new management the sewage bill wasn't like this ever since new management the sewage bill been outrageous and it's a shame
