Good evening,Our neighbor at the address above has neglected their yard for some time and we dont know how to address it at this point. We have had conversations with him and nothing has changed.There is trash piling up in the backyard, a quail coupe that attracts rats, and the grass hasnÆt been cut or edged in months to the point where it is overgrown into the street. The condensate line from their A/C is collecting water on the side of the house and attracting mosquitos. Please let me know if
