The apartment staff keeps an open line of communication from the day I started inquiring applied and accepted. The lead manager and Cece are welcome and friendly they work hard going above and beyond. The complex clean and quite. There are shopping centers near and fast food . We enjoyed making our home here and glad to be part of the community.

Roaches and bedbugs are out of control! I am on my second set of furniture because when I first moved here my furniture was infested with bedbugs by my 3rd or 4th month here. The current apartment manager Tracey is disrespectful when it comes to talking to her residents. They falsify paperwork when it comes to housing inspections passing inspection. They don't fix anything at all!!! I went for 6 months with no AC and received a 400 dollar light bill before it completely went out. Housing residents have been forced to move because of their lack of maintenance. So in conclusion if you don't mind raggedy patchwork, mutant roaches, or bedbug infestations then this is the place for you. The most consistent workers are the security guards. Living here you gotta keep housing, the Houston apartment association, the health department, n Emily Akin on speed dial in order to get anything done!!! FYI I'm leaving this review not out of anger but as a warning to future potential residents so they won't have to go through what I am going through. If you have no other choice but to reside here then let your phone be your best friend. Take pics and recordings of everything so that you can cover yourself!!!

Horrible customer service manger is very rude and unprofessional. Do not know how to speak to customers or handle things accordingly. Everything is a Fail here no I do not recommend anyone to move here unless you like rude unprofessional services.

I've lived here for 5 years and it's been nothing but problems!! I am really writing to be informed of the corporate offices contact information. I have a 3 bdrm/2 bth and these are the problems I've encountered with the apartments, staff, and neighborhood. I've been robbed over 4 times. Walking to the store...driving to the next door store...pulling up to the entry gate and have had my door kicked in which took maintenance a whole year to fix. (Which i though would be considered an emergemcy). They gave me a faulty "new" refrigerator that didn't cool and allowed insects in and didn't replace it for 6 months!!! (6 months of losing food...regardless to if food stamps were used or not) cabinet over the toilet in the master bath fell while i was using the toilet and they haven't even reinstalled it! Not to mention i never even mentioned a suit to them and could have! I gave room for repair! They don't shampoo carpet no matter how long you stay here! My a/c went in and out for 4 months during the summer months and they stalled me everyday by replacing unnecessary filters and drilling holes into the hot water heater instead of replacing the unit as requested. Once the unit did get replaced it was faulty and we had to wait on another replacement for a week! Someone vandalized home and threw a loose stone through my patio door and shattered all the glass and they tried to make me pay for it!!! I wasn't even home when it happened! Today april 11th, the complex has a water leak which we were informed of March31st.. And was to be repaired april 4th! Water was said to not be of use that day until repair was done! Water was still repair was made and i find out today after calling the office that repairs were put off for Monday April 10 (yesterday), only to awake to no water today for April 11th. WITHOUT NOTICE THAT REPAIRS WAS PUSHED BACK TO MONDAY OR TODAY! The leading manager Brenda Marshall has put out letters regarding lesser -------- at 4:57pm to the entire complex right before the closing of the office for the day, so there is NO EXCUSE to not be able to type a quick (150 word or less) memorandum regarding the urgent maintenance repair inconvenience!! Please help with contact information for corporate as this was just a terse summation of these apartments. I would move if i could but my lease is not up and yes i do have stipulations on how to move because of my housing! Sincerely, A Current Unhappy Resident

These are the worse apartments. They have rats, roaches, and bed bugs. They only have two manintenece men and they are very sorry. They let anybody move over here with bad --- kids that break in people apartments, smoking weed and having sex on the air conditioner vents. They always putting trash in front of people doors and the trash is never in the dumpster its always on the ground. The manager don't know anything. She always have to ask the assistant manager. This was the worst mistake that I have made in my entire life. I wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone not even a dog.

This place has decline rapidly not because of the area but the staff, I have near been talk to so rudely in my life. The staff is unprofessional and ill tempted, when calls are made to the office for maintenance or any thing else, calls are ignored, and once someone is reached you are greeted with impatience as if they are being bothered. The office staff is incompetent they never complete task at once they are continuously asking from paperwork that should been asked for in the beginning, never send copies of anything, I still have not received the lease I been asking for and my lease is almost over and is known for fraudulent acts lying, stealing and misrepresentation. The grounds are dirty all the time, the gate and property lights stay broken, there have been several break in on the property and when ask office staff about the security or to fix lights they tell us the security guard is for the property only not for tenants that what 911 is for. When my lease ends I am running as fast as I can from this place I recommend one here unless you enjoy no sense!!

I put in an application last month to move in for the end of July and still no word. Since I paid my deposit already I just want to know what's going on. My daughter and I have until Sunday to find a place and the office manager takes her time as if she doesn't care. I'm very disappointed in this particular complex because it's such a beautiful and affordabale area.

Lansborough is a nice apt considering the area,but working people hae no amenties,the office stays lock you have no access to the gym or the pool.you cant invite anyone over on weekend due to trash everywhere...there no security other than a family member of the owner which rides thru the apts.doing 40 miles an hour... I was told by office personnel the apts recieved funds for providing the tenants with the gym,pool & ect...but the working tenant have no access to them...

Lansborough is a pretty nice place to stay considering location and city access. The only problem I have is the broken gates and trash cans, other than that its a great place close to campus,freeway access and about 7 minutes away from the new Pearland Mall.
