am just following up because I have friends and neighbors telling me from their properties' experience that if a new structure is within 3 feet of my property line, it must follow some fireproofing standards and also have no windows. I see no difference in the covering on the wall facing my house from the rest of the structure. There are two large windows instead of none. I can tell you it is so close that they keep dropping wood with nails into my property and have no room to stack debris so it
