Immobile vehicle in the yard
I need to write a ANONYMOUS complaint about one of the neighbors' heavy trash left on the curb. There is a HUGE amount of trash/tree waste there. First of all the heavy trash is scheduled untill the 4th Wednesday of this month. There is no need to put trash since now. The rule is take the trash out just few days before schedule.
