10027 Spice Ln Houston, TX 77072 has a donation box placed on the side walk that people have been dumping trash around for the past 5 months. The donation box owner has not cleaned anything up.
Trash on curb and donation collection box with trash all around.Looks really bad.
No electricity for past 24 hrs. no repairs have been made to issues by office maintenance.
