SPILLED PAINT FROM 5 GALLON CONTAINER. Investigator arrived at the alleged source at 1:00pm on Wed. August 7, 2019 and observed that there was no paint activity being performed at the residence. However, there was a considerable amount of dry paint on the street and on the grass of the property. The investigator attempted to contact the property owner Ms. Christy Anyanwu, however she did not answer. The property appears to be vacant as well.
