CALLER STATED THAT THE FLOOR IN THE KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM IS LIFTING/RAISING UP. REPORTED ISSUE TO MANAGEMENT 2 MONTHS AGE AND STILL HAVEN'T COME OUT TO FIX IT. ALSO THE LIGHT FIXTURE IN HALLWAY NEEDS A BULB; CALLER STATED HE IS NOT SURE IF THIS IS A ELECTRICAL PROBLEM OR NOT. NOT SURE IF HE SHOULD CHANGE THE BULB HIMSELF SO ADDED ISSUE TO REPORT. ALL HE WANT IS THESE ISSUES FIXED, HE PAYS HIS RENT AND SHOULD BE ABLE TO HAVE THIS REPAIRED.

Aside from air conditioning, heaters have not been working for over 5 years. The landlord is the only one with it (which was installed today)ThereÆs minimum water, and majority of the stoves and refrigerators are in horrible condition. They have caught on fire a couple times. Again, the landlord only ordered his recently. Many complaints have been made. The reports never seem to be notated. The owners, management, and maintenance are aware.
