No Parking; to the point people are parking on the grass and doubled on top of the sidewalk. MY CAR DAMAGES TWICE ; *****site supervisor is rude, argumentative and ridiculous, hardly speaks English; and refuses to give me her supervisors contact. ***** ***Huge roach and cat/rodent problems; I keep everything I own in plastic and sealed. its that bad. BEWARE THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CREDIT. I've been here for 2 years and use the apt for the location on weekends I have auto-bill-pay and never missed a payment in 2 years. Well it didn't trigger and on the 5th they sent me a $73 late fee and an EVICTION NOTICE! Then they raised my rent from $655 to $705 on my re-lease; While I know very well others pay $675 and have multiple people living in 1 bedrooms. FLOOD...the street floods during hard rain; and the power goes out enough to where I purchased a UPS for my computer. NO Comcast Only Dish Network and no other choice. Purchase You own Lighting for the living room; all other rooms have lights? Electrical in the Unit Is OLD and out of safety regs. I smelled burning in the walls and called emergency maintenance; They didn't even show up til the next day. there was a SMOKE coming out of the wall. They make you sign an asbestos and MOLD WAIVER...look at the A/C units and vents,.

I have NEVER lived in a worse apartment complex. The place is always dirty (trash everywhere). People have parties at all hours of the day and night and parking is horrendous. My car was damaged due to the poor parking conditions. A large truck tried to park next to my car in a space that was not a parking spot and hit my car doing over $1,300 worth of damage. I can no longer drive my car. The front office is also known to do things without giving ANY notice. Half of the parking lot was closed off one night without any notification to the residents. Many did not know what to do and simply blocked in other cars in order to park. The water will also be turned off without notice being given. Things are constantly breaking in different areas around the apartment complex. In addition, you may be offered a good initial rent but the rent will be raised on you as soon as they can. After our year contract was up we were charged an additional $50 a month to do a 6 month lease. Once that was over we were charged an additional $70 a month to do a month to month lease (we were trying to move out and month to month was the only way to do so). After a few months we gave out move out date. As soon as we gave that we were asked to pay an additional $40 a month simply because we gave our required 60 day notice. This is the absolute worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The maintenance staff are the only people that I have anything good to say about. They are very kind. The apartment manager is not reliable and rude (he will commit to do things and not follow through).

My wife and I currently live at Hammerly Villa Apartments and we regret the decision we made to live here. I try my best to be as objective as possible when writing reviews, so that any potential residents can get an honest opinion of living here. I'm afraid with this review, however, that it will seem extremely bias, but either way, here we go. -Noise is bad. I've never had to use non-emergency numbers like I do now. The noise will either come from children's parties on the weekend held in the middle of the quad, the neighbor's loud bass, or the cars in the parking lot. And children screaming...ohhh the screaming. -The grounds are bad. Potholes dot the parking lot, while neighbors let their dogs run around without a leash. There is quite a significant amount of dog poop on grass and sidewalks. About 3-4 times a week, I'll see mounds of trash next to the dumpster, as opposed to in it. People will drink and leave their trash throughout the parking lot -Parking is non-existent after 10:00. If there was a fire, no trucks would be able to make it through, because all fire lanes are used by cars. -There are lots of cracks between doors and windows, and though they pay for electricity, I can't help but wonder how much money they lose because of the energy loss. They painted the tile in the shower, which is now starting to peel. **Overall, my biggest issue is the lack of any sort of enforcement by management. The locations is pretty safe. I haven't had issues with break-ins and the people are fairly nice. But these are the problems I see with Hammerly Villa.

I live here @ Hammerly Villa & let me tell you this is the worst apartments I have ever rented from. There are people playing loud music all hours of the day/night almost every day/night. There are people mainly men & young men drinking out in the parking lot day/night usally Wendesday-Sunday. They leave their beer cans and bottles and not to mention their regular trash all over the parking lot. We have no control over our ac/heat that's lefted up to the front office (which they don't mention when you rent). The gated access gate is hardly ever closed which means anyone and everyone can just come and go as they please(which sucks cause they make you pay for they gate card). There are still more problems wrong with these apartments, but you get the idea that these apartments are not worth renting from.

It's extremely noisy. Young people project extremely loud noise from cars in parking lot. It is often so loud, it makes windows vibrate and it is extremely, extremely annoying! Do not rent if you do not wish to "share" music with others!
