Per complainant, Every time the Houston area known as McCullough Park receives heavyrains storm water runs into the sewerlines and causes backups in the residents homes in the surrounding area. It also flows down E. 40th 1/2 Street to Little White Oak Bayou (possibly underground in the abandoned line that wasn't properly plugged after an old sewer plant was removed from service). This should have been a DON neighborhood nuisance compliant against the owner, the PWE Department of Wastewater. They have refused to maintain it for the last 50 years.
