Nuisance On Property
Rodney St & Tolman St. A large cave-in his front yard that appears to be getting larger and the resident have small kids and fear for their safety. There's a large washout/ void under the street and also running water from a possible main leak. Placed plywood, barricades and caution tape for safety. Need immediate attention.
