In the eight years that I have been a tenant here, the management team has declined. The current management team are the worst yet. I have to repeatly put in work orders for the same problems. The assistant manager is quite rude and the manager is never available.

I was interested in moving here because of the cost for the space but I just called the leasing office and the agent that answered the phone HAD to be the rudest agent ever. I apologize if me calling asking about information on your apartment complex is such a bother to you ma'am. I am glad I also checked these other reviews because cheap or not its not worth living in an mold infested apartment

this apartments cheap but for this place it should be way cheaper. first off office staff is horrible they are extremely rude and charge you all these hidden fees for nonsense the maintenance dont do anything and thats just the beginning.the park is in horrible condition its missing wood and is very dangerous for children.the pool is never open and s also never cleaned it got so bad once there was thick green sheet over the whole pool filled with garbage and was left like that for 2 weeks not including the time it took to get that way .the apartments are not built good theres cheap wood and tile carpet is so thin you can feel the nails in it an they never replace it after you renew your lease like they should.the worst of them all and the most important safety witch this apartment lacks there are robberies and SHOOTINGS just recently a shooting took place two people were shot the reason was possibly a robbery but it is not proven the victims were rushed to the hospital in critical condition.you shouldnt have to think is the price worth your life? no so please dont rent here there homeless people and drug dealers that are always on the property most obviously dont live here.bottom line if you rent here your at more risk lfe s short why spend it in a hell hole like this .....

I lived here for a short 3 months in 2008 and as my very first apartment it was a joy, except for the parking. The apartment management had things under control then and got things done in a timely manner back then. They changed management companies and managers on the property sometime between then and 2010 and I cannot say that it was for the better. I would love to write a very emotionally angry post, but I will try to stick to the facts... Move in date was set for October 15th and the day before I received a call saying it would be ready for our move in date of the 21st (we had previously agreed to push back moving into a different one from the month before of Sept 21st so another family could have the one we were originally supposed to have)after I had called the week before and spoke with the guy we signed up with to confirm our 15th date and was assured it would be ready. After much arguing over the telephone about how much money we would be losing if we had to wait another week, it was finally said that we could move into the apartment at the very end of the day which was about 8:30 pm when the workers got out of the apartment, but that it would not be at 100% and there would still be more that needed to be finished but they would make sure to get it done. That was okay with us until it took multiples of calls, letters requesting maintenance, and emails to the office staff and manager to repeatedly put a list of more than 20 separate types of things on the list to be repaired. I literally had to call about the AC twice or more a day because it would freeze up, the men would come look at it and let it thaw out, come back and turn it back on and it would freeze back up within 2 hours. The counters were in desperate need of being redone and that was set up and taken care of (but only the kitchen and not the bathroom) on time. It was about once every 2 weeks or so that 1 thing on the list would get fixed, and wasn't until after January 1, 2011 that the maintenance men were sent to the apartment supposedly for the whole day (that starts at 2pm) to fix things on my list, and to come back the next day to finish things up (as was told every time). I understand that they have other requests and emergency calls to attend to and was fine with them fixing 1-2 small things that could have been done in 10-30 minutes each day or every other day, but up until the day we moved out not all the things were fixed and the AC still didn't work correctly. The parking was fine and easy to find during the day, but was much harder to find after 7pm and this is true of this stay as well as the one in 2008. Some of the neighbors were nice and said "Hi" anytime they saw you, even those that I suspect may have been drug dealers, but they never messed with us and would sometimes help hold the gate open or carry a grocery bag or stroller up the stairs when I had been walking and shopping with my 10-15 month old son and the stroller. The main parking area gate worked about 70% of the time as 1 side or the other might be temporarily broken open. However, the pedestrian gates were almost always kept from properly closing and locking by either rocks in the hole, or being tied open with a wire or shopping bag and being on the end next to one I always made sure to correct it when I'd go through in or out the apartment next to ours was moved into and the occupants did NOT receive the key to the pedestrian gate. The family that moved into the apartment next to ours came in late December during the winter and their apartments heater had not been checked prior to them being given a key. They came home the first night they were staying in the apartment and turned it on after having called for maintenance earlier that morning for a burning wire smell causing them to turn it off. The fire department was called out to check on things because there was smoke coming from the heater which had wires exposed to the heating elements and the Fire Department turned off the breakers to their heater which wasn't fixed for over 2 weeks. The noise outside during the afternoon was welcomed as kids played in the open middle space between apartments, but at night car alarms would be set off at a specific interval of about once an hour and some couples or people would be out walking around or getting out of vehicles screaming at each other and cursing about one thing or another. I had to call the police twice because of the noise of people fighting, once was because the lady was screaming for someone to call for her because her boyfriend had broken her phone and was hitting her. Also for those who do still want to move into these apartments.. Decent on the inside as long as fully prepared before moving in, but don't expect to be able to get AT&T U-Verse here. Yes some or even all apartments of the complex have the ability to get AT&T DSL internet and/or U-Verse TV/Internet, BUT the wiring for the phone lines INSIDE the walls of the buildings are so very old that it is not worth the money to have your "signal" go off and on. Our apartment was at the end of the line coming into and through the building we were in and the worst for signal strength and with the DSL it would cut out for 20 minutes or more at a time. Therefore definitely not for the "Gamer"
