Per DWO inspector, Evening the above location was reinspected and found to be sewer or TDO related , no evidence found in hole that any dye test was ever performed checked storm sewer main also sanitary main no rushing water found in either could we please perform a dye test to see which line is pulling dirt from around water valve and stop thinking that every cave that has a water valve in it is DWO related especially when you have a sanitary sewer and storm line running next to cave photos att
