HPD EIU investigated this site (100 E 45th St.) and found it to have clothing, household trash, and approximately 9 tires in front of the vacant lot. Review of the area revealed several past service requests. The trash has not been picked up and this is creating a nuisance for the community. Requesting a pickup at this location.
