Today the builder/owner I had previously interacted with regarding their plans to build two town houses at 4705 and 4709 Gibson street are in the alley way and claim they have building permits to go ahead which includes removing the tree in the alley way.We hope this is not true as it had but been advertised as such and we had already objected to the tree being removed and so a permit to remove would be very disappointing and not fair to the neighborhood and the tree that has survived storms, hu
