Elderly living facility has had no hot water for 3 days
Citizen stated a neighbor at 828 is smoking in the building, which no one is not allowed to smoke in the building at all and the have signs up in the apt building

Several tenants (reported by sister of resident) reported this to management however, management said they can't let anyone in the building because of the pandemic
there is no hot water in the laudry mate at the apartments... and the rise cycle has been removed
