“Whatever was going on with the other two posters was definitely a scam. This building is owned by Beale Properties and the managers name is Ross. Him or his son are the only ones I know of that show apartments here. I really enjoyed my time here, the location is AMAZING (short walk to boystown, awesome shopping all around, 4 blocks to lake), I almost never hear a neighbor except when they are in the hallway, very dog friendly, crazy huge kitchen, new hardwood floors, two large closet spaces. My only complaint is the washers and dryers aren't very quality so I go to the laundromat. No biggie for me although I'm fairly laid back. Oh, and parking is a frakin' nightmare. But that goes for almost every building in this area. It's worth it for the location. The only reason I'm leaving is because I'm relocating to Austin, Texas. Overall, totally satisfied.”

On the first day, the agent Brady said the guy who lives there didn't want to show it when he wasn't home. Fine. Then I call the day the second viewing is scheduled, and Brady tells me the current tennant has decided to renew his lease. There was an ad on craigslist saying this apartment was available, so either Brady is a liar, or he jumped the gun, or he likes to waste people's time.”

I rearranged my schedule, as did a friend of mine, to go see it. The guy never showed. I called the cell phone number he gave me. He never answered. I never heard from him or the company again even after numerous phone calls and emails to different people. After that, how could I trust them with a place for me to call home. Find someplace else. (btw - this was dimensions management.)”
