“I've only been living at 1011 N. Clark for about half a year, but It's a great step up compared to my last apartment. I don't have a car, so i can't say much about the metered street parking. What I really appreciate about this place and why I worth checking out it to others is the building mgmt. The man who takes care of the place lives in the building with his wife and young children. Anytime I have asked him to fix something small or big, he comes up within an hour. One Sunday afternoon, I accidentally locked myself out of my apartment and he came right away to help me get back in. I asked for recycling when I moved in and within about a month and a half, recycling was established in the lobby and in the garbage room. Everyone else in the building seems friendly for the most part. No one is pumping their music or being loud.”
