“The greatest thing about living in a Planned Properly Management building is the prompt and efficient help the building engineer gives whene we need him. Whenever an issue arises, no matter how minor, he comes and fixes it within hours. Not only is he great at fixing things, but he is also a very friendly and approachable person. His careful attention can be seen throughout the building. This is a stately apartment building with lots of interesting details and the entire place is spotless and well maintained. We really appreciate coming home in the evening and entering through an immaculate lobby. The same amount of personality is found in our apartment. The little bits of character bring us a lot of happiness. This isn't your standard blah apartment. It's special and we love taking care of it. The floorplans make the whole unit feel much bigger than it is. It also comes with a sizable kitchen, especially for a studio. Location couldn't be better. Lincoln Park is the perfect place to live in as young professionals. We are very close to the park and close to a lot of everyday necessities. A safe and friendly neighborhood, just like our apartment!”
