Beautiful view from my floor to ceiling windows sunsets every night place is clean inside and out staff is friendly they go out of there way to make u feel welcome at home Great amenities and There's lots to do within walking distance restaurants, movie theater, grocery store.”

“The staff here are nothing short of amazing. Casey's been super helpful since the first time we spoke on the phone! He took video and pictures of the Auite since I was coming from out of town. The application process is conveniently online, as is rent payment, etc. Everyone else on the staff has been incredibly friendly and so nice about any questions or issues I have had. When I moved in they even had a cute little welcome gift set for me with some essentials, bubbly, and a beautiful potted orchid (which I'm doing my best to keep alive). I love my new Auite!! I keep telling my friends that I can't believe I live here. It's too nice! haha. I do like that it's quiet right now, but I'm guessing that will change once word gets out about this place. The gas range and brand new appliances are amazing. The washer/dryer are HE front loaders that sing to alert you that the cycle has finished! And the bathrooms are so nice compared to other places I've lived. this place is well located in downtown Oak Park, close enough to the trains for an easy commute, but far enough that I don't have to deal with the noise. Everything is super easy to walk to and I love that there's a coffee shop just a couple doors down. Big thank you to Casey and Team for making my new Auite feel like home!”

“My husband and I moved in about 2 months ago and I must say we are impressed with our Apace! It's beautiful inside and out, awesome location, great amenities, and best of all they made it pet friendly for my fur baby lol The staff has been amazing!! They are friendly, legit and are constantly making sure everything is going well for us. Although it's not completely finished, don't let that stop you from coming by. In no time we have been able to call it home”
