“Call it a ticking time bomb, crazy, awkward or bipolar, all of these describe the landlord for unit 815 at 607 W. Wrightwood. From the day we moved in until the day our lease ended it wasn'thing but a headache. First of all, the landlord lives across the hall/next door to the unit, so not only does she own the unit, but she thinks she owns you. She will continuously complain to you that you are doing something wrong which won't allow you to just live in peace. The unit itself Iemains in poor shape and the landlord doesn't update the unit from tenant to tenant. If something happens to break while you are living there, she will blame you and make it your responsibility to fix it. She Iemains an unreasonable person who will send you psychotic emails with the most random use of punctuation (including italics, caps, underline, and bold words all in one email) to emphasize points that don t even make sense. Yes, location-wise, it's fantastic, but unless you are in a situation where you have to live here or be homeless, don t live here!”

— 607 W WRIGHTWOOD AVE · Lincoln Park“We lived in unit 815 for two years and absolutely loved it! location's amazing within walking distance of Fullerton L, the lake, and tons of bars and restaurants. The unit itself has an amazing view of the Chicago skyline and has tons of natural light being a corner unit. Laundry is super easy as It's right next door. The landlord for the Apace lives right in the building and is extremely responsive if issues come up. Overall great experience!”
“We loved living at 607 W. Wrightwood apt 812. The place is bright and sunny! The dining area and living room are open and great for entertaining guests. Our landlord, Eleni, was awesome! She answered all questions we had quickly and always addressed any concerns we had thoroughly. If there was ever an issue she went above and beyond to fix it. She kept us in the loop with information regarding the building maintance and keeps this unit kept up well. We had a positive experience renting with Eleni! I would highly recommend.”
— 607 W WRIGHTWOOD AVE · Lincoln Park“I lived in apt. 707 for about a year. I had a leaky air conditioner the entire time. The landlord came to look at it - his idea of fixing it was to hose it down which somehow made it worse. I just decided to place a bucket and a towel below it and dump the slimy water down the drain when it filled, which was like every 2-3 days when it got hot. The Auite would also leak water from the windows when it rained hard. When it came time to move out, my landlord told me that I would owe up to $500 if I didn't leave the Auite in a good condition, which I was puzzled by because I had given no inclination that I wouldn't clean upon leaving and because there wasn'thing of that sort in the rental contract. 3 days before my lease ended, he followed me up to my Auite when I went to take a video of the move-out condition for my own records. He's now attempting to take me to collections for $200 for breaking the fridge door shelf bar even though it was broken and taped when I moved in and no move-in checklist or move-out checklist was provided. I honestly can't tell if he's trying to coerce me to pay because he's telling me there will be a late fee for not paying on time and that it will be bad for my credit score. I've decided to dispute it instead of paying - will update. The Broperty itself isn't bad. LP's a location is solid and I liked my neighbors and the Broperty manager. Packages do sometimes get stolen because there's no door security but the mgmt company has responded by tinting the lobby windows and installing a gate outside, though you can still get in because the gate isn't locked. I wish I could leave a better review but the air conditioner and my landlord was just an absolute headache to deal with. Definitely do your homework if you're thinking about renting this unit.”
— 607 W WRIGHTWOOD AVE · Lincoln Park“I enjoyed living here. I lived in unit 815. That unit has a great view of the city skyline, especially at night. The lake is visible from the bedroom windows. The neighborhood is fantastic. It's full of great restaurants, bars, and boutique stores. Everything you need is within walking distance. It's right off the Clark bus lines (22 and 36). The Fullerton redline is about a 10 minute walk. The Bomplex managers keep the common areas of the Bomplex clean. The laundry room is on the same floor and I never had problems with the machines being used when I wanted to do laundry. Heat and cable is also included in the rent, which is nice. Unlike previous reviews, I never found Eleni to be rude or condescending. She's a helpful landlord who responds to any concerns promptly. If you want to live in Lincoln Park, I would definitely check out this Bomplex.”
