“Don’t do it these is the worst video plce they have rats the janitor half clean if they even clean at all. Dog poop every where. The staff is terrible and not helpful. The men staff sleep with the women in the building to get stuff fixed. They steal. Roaches no matter how clean you apartment is. They need to shut it down and move people somewhere safe where it’s not mold and rats”

They need to shut it down and move people somewhere safe where it’s not mold and rats”

“All The Btructure doors stay grimy!!! no one ever cleans them how safe is that while in a Pandemic? They are always just coming into your apt while your not home with out a warning the mgmt Team is always in your Business Ms pitts Ms Arnold Ms Alexander they are watching people social media all in their personal business!!! My Apt caught on fire with the others last year they stole all of my shoes, my TVs and a few other things!!! they tried to deny it while trying to give half of what the things cost!!! then they moved me to another mice infested location Park Apts on 57th calumet for a year and never paid my light bill I never received my utility checks that were suppose to pay my light bill and the Managers are the only ones that has access to them my lights were never paid then when I returned back my lights were turned off due to neither property paying the light bill and I was told from the Pullman Wheelworks managers that I wasn’t suppose to change my name over, while no one ever mentioned this to me I did what I thought was right I I have an 11 month old Daughter and they didn’t care that all this mess was their fault!!! anybody that’s leaves a good review is lying Period!!!!! They need a whole New mgmt team clearly cause they never know anything and is going to get this Btructure shut down as it probably should be!!! So I will continue to put reviews up and complain on every review sight until something changes!!!!!!! Especially in the mgmt areas!!!!”

“Residing here feels like being trapped in a poorly written sitcom episode. Tenants are handled poorly and without respect. The mgmt operates with deception and backstabbing tactics, constantly working against residents. The moment you decide to leave, they fabricate bogus fees and charges designed to drain your wallet.”

“This apartment complex is like being in a bad good times sitcom. The residents are treated like animals. The administration is very sneaky and are like crabs in a barrel. As soon as, you try to move, they will trump up charges for you to pay.”
