“Living at 215 has been a wonderful experience overall. team members are fantastic and the maintenance crew stays ahead of any issues. leasing team 's equally impressive. facilities are decent, though the fitness center would really benefit from some upgrades and expansion. I'm thrilled with my apartment—it's exceptionally roomy and the appliances are great. in-unit washer/dryer 's phenomenal and honestly exceeded my expectations for this rental price. this place isn't the newest or most cutting-edge, but it's still attractive and well-maintained. neighborhood location 's ideal. My only concern regarding security 's the 7-11 at the adjacent corner, which seems to attract a homeless population, and I've witnessed a handful of incidents with people being bothered. That said, I feel secure inside my unit itself—just exercise caution when walking back late in the evening.”
