“Recently engaged a few months ago to my partner right on the lake across the street from this building! We’re currently living in a three-bedroom home but have been missing the energy of city life, so I decided to tour this place. Bria was absolutely amazing she answered every question, made me feel completely welcomed, and was so patient as we toured about six different units. I genuinely loved (2) of them and definitely plan to move here once we find tenants for our house.”

“great services that was provided at the One eleven on my visit there for the weeks. Felt safe, easy to get to transportation and just everybody was so nice! Shout out to Matoyia White for going over a beyond to help me with a helping me locate the trash compactor that I was lost on. Was very helpful and on it. Thanks again team!”

“In real estate, location is the defining characteristic and this building has it at the foot of Clark Street and the river. We love it here. Amazing amenities. High service levels for repairs and maintenance. Extraordinary executive team. Common areas always in perfect condition. Slate of experiences and events that forge a sense of community. The full, well-appointed gym is helping me with improved health and wellbeing. Superlative location and proximity to restaurants and entertainment. The building architecture is a statement in itself. The outdoor amenities, grill stations, seating areas, landscaping and sun lounge deck all combine to make the warmer months an enjoyable outdoor atmosphere. You will not find a better building in Chicago.”

“Amazing place to stay and create a life. Quiet and yet not lonely. Absolutely quick service. Rresosctful and dignified staff with great bed side manners. ., well appointed. Near and clean. Free of clutter. Phone call away. No bureaucratic hang up. The idea is to get the work done. Cheers”

“This is a wonderful place to live! The location is incredibly convenient for getting around the city, proximity to great restaurants, and of course stunning views of the river. And to top it off, this building has the best staff that truly make it feel like home. The concierge desk is so friendly—Mike is always there to say good morning on the way to work and Ramon is there to greet me after a long day and help me with packages arriving at the desk. Toyia is the absolute best, greeting me by name with a smile and chatting with me as I’m passing in and out of the building. Mike M. in leasing has been so helpful from my initial tour to helping me renew my lease in a bigger unit. The maintenance team handles anything that comes up quickly and efficiently. So grateful for the amazing Team One!”

“OneEleven is by far the best of the best when it comes to luxury apartments in Chicago. From the best-in-class amenities and apartment finishes to the staff who makes this large building feel like home, this building has it all. Not only does the management team make you feel at home, but the events they host are incredible. For example, I was unable to visit family for the winter holidays, but between the decorations and the holiday party, I didn’t feel alone or as if I missed out on the holiday season.”

“We moved to OneEleven about a month ago. We are so far very happy and pleased. Location is amazing, walking distance to everywhere, staff very helpful and nice. Building always arrange some activities for tenants and very generous with gestures. We feel like living in a very nice hotel. Definetly 5 stars living.”

“We love living here! There are lots of fun events like trivia night, monthly book club, and Resident Appreciation day. The gym has great equipment, the terrace has amazing views, and the pool is open year round! Also great amenities and events for pets.”

“I couldn't imagine living in Chicago without the dog friendliness that OneEleven has. Every staff member is kind to our dog and the amenities are amazing for her: dog run, dog parties, dog bath, and dog playroom.”

“From a nice apartment to beautiful amenities, you will find it all in flawless shape. All the staff is very attentive, friendly and always helpful no matter if two or four legged residents! Many versatile events, pop ups and surprises create a nice community within the building!”

“I have lived here for a while now and have no complaints. It’s close to my office got hybrid work and close to my favorite restaurant Prime & Provisions. Also, super easy to hop on lower wacker and cruise out to the highway without all the downtown traffic.”

“I have lived at several towers in downtown Chicago and OneEleven is the best by a mile! They may not be the newest or with the most amenities, but they fulfill their promises proving a true LUXURY CLASS ACT living experience.”

“The amenities are really great. I particularly love the herb garden on the 28th floor terrace which is something you don’t get at other places. On another note, the front desk staff are wonderful. Victoria in particular has been super helpful. Only downside is that it is on Wacker which can be busy and loud sometimes. But you are close to both work and the restaurants of river north and the river walk.”

“I love living at OneEleven. I have been here for three years, I started in a studio alcove and transferred to a two bedroom when my company went fully remote and started to subsided my rent for an office space. I have a wonderful southern view on the corner and the sunshine pours into my apartment all day long. The front desk and maintenance folks are wonderful and I have never had an issues or have had to ask more than once for anything. The folks that run the building in the management office are very kind and you can tell care about the building. They send emails about anything that could pose disruption and try to stay ahead of the game. The event people also do a great job, always upscale and a great way to mingle with neighbors. I just renewed for another year and although I received a steep increase, it was still a great value based on what we receive for living here.”

“We’ve lived here 4 years. Moved here from NYC one year before the pandemic. We came for the views which we enjoy every day. Recent redo of the public spaces is very nice. Maintenance staff are excellent. Office staff are so nice to work with. We wish there were more grills and the gym were bigger. Overall, we’re impressed with Bozzuto and will look for their properties in our next city.”

“I must brag about the concierge here at one eleven, Victoria, Devante, Ray and Andrea these four have made my experience so wonderful here. They truly go out their way to make all the residents feel safe and welcome. When I walk through the lobby they all greet me by my name, they really go out their way to get to know the residents. I have a great relationship with all of them. They have been a breath of fresh air, truly embodies everything when it comes to customer service.”

“I am looking for a new apartment in Chicago from Naperville for my job relocation. I have toured 4 buildings so far and I have to say that the experience at OneEleven has by far been the best. I was offered Champagne and Truffles when I arrived and my leasing agent was so welcoming and relaxed - now that could be the Champagne talking. But, really, the experience was truly memorable and while the apartment is on the smaller end for my price point, I can completely see why their rates are what they are based on all the little details that I saw. It is going to be a hard choice, but they're still at the top of my list.”
