“Looks like a quiet Alat, but actually loud. You can hear your neighbors even when they talk softly. Don't be surprise if you hear tenants fighting or banging on someone's door due to loud radio or tv. It's because no sound insulation in the bulding so can hear your neighbor when they talk or play their music and tv. The floorings makes a lot of screeching sounds, so it's your tough luck if there's an inconsiderate tenant above you or you get yelled at by the tenant below you. this Petting is old, so it stinks in the hallway and cabinets are all musty smell. Price is reasonable but mgmt/maintenance is too slow to response when there's a problem with fixtures/laundry unit or heat or a problem with other tenant. The only thing recommendable is the price, but as the saying goes, you get what you paid for.”
