“Golid: These places are brand new with nicer than average appliances. The rooms are well sized and the master bath is huge. Bad: Cheaply built. The doors leak so can be a little drafty. The walls and ceilings are poorly insulated so you can hear it's loud from your neighbors. These aren't loud noises normal everyday noises. ( i.e. people and animals walking, tv's, etc....) You've got just a lot if little things that scream poor craftsmanship.”
