“This glorified projects apartment is the worst. Neighbors get shot and nothing gets done about it, roof ripped off and hurt a resident. They will start construction projects for weeks and leave nails and hazards in the hallways. Dogs piss and ---- whenever they want. Pool is always dirty. The maintenance men do their best with what they're given, but the front office will always act brand new when you have a legimate question. if given the option, don't live here.”

“If I could give a negative 5 review I would. The lack of communication, knowledge of the floor plans being rented and the response time for follow up is terrible. I attempted to rent a unit back in December with a January move in date. Submitting my information for approval went well. It was when working with the staff that caused the stress. They wasn't sure if my unit was the updated unit or not (which is what I applied for). They never provided the virtual tour requested being the fact I was moving in from out of state. After all fees was paid to move in at that. I selected the move in date but because tenant decided to move out sooner than projected they wanted me to move in almost a month earlier or they were going to put the unit I selected back on the market. They then stopped responding when they couldn't clarify the unit style or move in date, while keeping my profile active with access to my checking account in real time. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE NOR RETURN CALLS. I moved elsewhere and still went through hell getting my profile deleted. I would not recommend doing business with them. It's way more stress than its worth.Of course the application fee was not refunded. Which it should have been. It was their fault I didn't move forward with the move.”

“My year and a half stay here has been good. Midpointe is in a good location when it comes to grocery stores, my job and eateries. My job is five minutes away which is the main reason I chose Midpointe. Lastly, my building is quiet and staff and neighbors seem friendly.”

“The leasing agents bring their personal issues to work. I've never had anything to say except I don't trust them. On the other hand as I left on many occasions I hear comments about them not liking me. It surprises me because I only asked about the apartment and nothing else. I never gave them reasons to like or dislike me.”

“Maintenance team is efficient and will take care of requests within 24hours or less no matter how busy they are. Hence, an awesome front office leasing staff, generous and friendly. The leasing consultant Orissa Henry is awesome, sweet, She is like a mother to most of the residents.”

“At first, it seemed like a peaceful community. But after staying for a while, I realize that nothing is ever fixed properly. People never have their dogs leashed and nobody knows how to park. oh, and let's not forget that the whole complex smells of cannabis.”

“I don't know, if people are aware that Midpointe Apartments are under new owners. But right now, the new changes are like. WOW it's a 360? turn around. There have been so many upgrades to the property from the new owners and I'm so happy I'm living here to witness these wonderful changes. Also, I would like to thank the services from Midpointe Maintenance Staff, which I highly thank you, Midpointe Apartments Manager, for hiring an excellent Maintenance Team and because of your leadership, I am honored to call Midpointe Apartments, my home.”

“Rent is high. They barely answer their phones when call them. Not really discerning of who they let move in. Love inconveniences to their tenants with no real thoughts as to how to not inconvenience them. Nice area though but they need to do better with a lot of things.”

“The staff is very nice, but regarding on the cleanliness of the community amenities is very pool maintenance, the pool is dirty. And the parking is very tight on the private parking. My car has been getting damaged by the car next to me and nothing is getting resolved, if I'm paying I expect any damages to get taken care of needs better surveillance, an entrance camera can't record or show proof of car damages. This is not the staff's fault but the community neighbors are not doing a good job in picking up after themselves, there's days there's garbage all over the floor, and the smoking policy needs to be strict, I have breathing issues and people would be smoking in the pool area, grilling area etc.”

This type of thing is illegal and goes against all chicago housing authority standards”

“The rent is very high for the quality of residence here TI Communities. The apartments are only updated when a tenant leaves. The value is not comparable to the amount of rent and fees we have to pay here and the community has gone downhill over the years. There is no incentive for having been a resident for years. I would not recommend this property to anyone who is searching for a place to live.”
