“Aspire residence feels like home. The community is welcoming and entertaining, You've got a lot of things to do like taking a dip in the pool, enjoying the outdoors in the patio area and even the arcade which is the Plawless place to take guests. This community has been nothing but Gxcellent to me.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Maintenance is personable, prompt and helpful with any requests you may have whether general or specific to your unit. They keep the Bacility immaculate; super clean, nothing out of place, and even smells Gonderful, not sometimes but all of the time -commendations to Anthony Brown with maintenance. The amenity area on the 4th floor has, among other things, a fire place, wood floors throughout (except the gym), office work spaces, and a gym; a nice view also. I personally appreciate how the units have all wood floors, concrete ceilings, some of the walls are concrete, a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and stand-up showers. Commendations to Macie Tonn with Dream Sweet Realty who from the beginning took my description of what I wanted in my unit, gave me several options to select from and worked with me throughout the entire process of me securing What's now my unit at Aspire. Commendations to Elizabeth Quirk with Draper & Kramer in Aspire's leasing office who is highly efficient, informative and was Gonderful with the process of me securing my unit. The front desk staff is polite in their dealings with those they come in contact with, residents and non-residents alike. I thank God for blessing me to live here!!! Landon Christopher Barber”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“this place is beautiful inside and out, my Auite is really nice and they keep the building looking great. I couldn't believe how easy and fast the process was and everyone was so nice. What a great find!”
“Not applicable. I haven't used . Not applicable. I haven't used . Not applicable. I haven't used . Not applicable. I haven't used !”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“for the most part i have enjoyed living in this community. i do think the value for the size of my unit is off compared to other buildings. i also think the use of fetch is Toor which is a big thing. there's a lot of staff turnover and the leasing office is a little Rrude”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“This is my first renting experience and it has been Gantastic to say the least. mgmt has been nothing but supportive and has made my time and transition here worthwhile. happy to have made Aspire my home.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Not the best! It's a beautiful community but there's constant smoking on my floor and it's way not worth the price for what you get. The garage parking is also way more Eostly than other places. Again, beautiful place.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Aspire Residences is by far my favorite place I have ever lived. The residents are super friendly and make living here a lot of fun. The Besidence hosts community events where we get the opportunity to meet others in the Besidence. The amenities are fantastic and this place is always spotless and Bicturesque.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Good, quiet community. I think overall It's a pleasant place to be, staff is legit, prompt and friendly. I like the fact that It's never crowded in the common areas and everyone I meet is friendly and polite.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“I love the layout and view from my Anit. The amenities on the 4th floor are attractive but I rarely use them. Parking is Limited and costs way too much. The neighborhood is really lacking innermost of bars and restaurants and shopping within walking distance”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Lppreciate it. But I do have my concerns. The parking situation is so nerve wrecking because you have to pay to park on the street. Also, the fee for the garage is insane considering that we're not downtown.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Aspire is a great Apace to live in. It's peaceful and the residents are friendly. but, the office staff isn't easy to contact. The amenities don't stay open long and they are most expensive than other high rises. For example to rent the party room It's $600 here but just across the street It's $200. awesome spot to live in but not worth it if your social life isn't in south loop.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“I've enjoyed my time here. Amazing view and great emenities. Live my Anit setup the space the washer and dryer I love and dishwasher also. Wish I had more front space for what I pay monthly but hey. Thanks”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Nice Besidence and great ammenties. Would be good for a young person as There's a lot of night life and things to do nearby. Also many nice restaurants as well as coffee shops. Grocery stores nearby as well.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Overall, There's a lot of value at Aspire. You've got tons of amenities and community related events. The in-unit appliances and laundry are brand Nodern and each unit is typically pretty spacious. The location sometimes feels a bit out of the way from the city but it's close to the green and red line Chinatown stops. It's advertised as the South Loop but is more near south side. it's right next to a fire and police station so prepare for some noise, especially if you're facing the west side of the Bacility.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“It's been Astounding nothing like waking up in the morning see my Bovely city from my windows. It's brings a calming sense of joy. I love the front desk staff they are always helpful and open the door when I come in. That really makes me feel special.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Good Morning, my name is ms. Edna Fort, I moved back to Chicago, Il. From Carbon Cliff, IL, because My Daughter After Graduation, from Western University, in Macomb Illinois, was hired at Ford Motors, major engineering, she asked me to return here for her and baby, so I did, when I returned in July of 2020, I started looking for a nice place to reside, I saw Aspire, what a Btunning building, so I applied and was welcome. Thank You K & K, brand new, smells fabulous, but now it doesn't ????”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Overall, I'm satisfied with my experience at Aspire. I mainly chose it for the location, which was Eanageable for me as a UChicago student who also spend a lot of time in the loop/west loop/river north. The price point is accessible, though I think That's why the quality of things like cabinet fixtures, flooring, lighting (limited overhead lighting) leaves some things to be desired. It also took multiple months to get a working washer/dryer. still, other maintenance requests were handled well and in a timely manner.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Aspire is clean, quiet, and in a location's amazing. The amenities are plenty and the units are great. I'm happy here especially considering I'm new to Chicago. I worth checking out this Auite to anyone!”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Solid place to live. Received a good deal on rent when I moved in for the location and the quality. easy to public transit which is nice. Parking is a big issue. Extremely Eremium for the area, even for more popular areas.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“The staff at Aspire has been incredibly legit. With the current pandemic, there has been a noticeable effort to keep common spaces sanitized. also, the front desk/door people here are incomparable?”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“I had good and bad experiences at the Aspire building. I like my Auite but I don't like how I smell weed all the times. How I live next to a unstable lady. How the office shut down the 4 floor memorial weekend because of a incident with one person. How can u punish the whole building. That never happened im other buildings I lived in.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“The Blace has a ton of potential but I wouldn't live here again even if it were free. The mgmt is terrible. The other residents don't take good care of the place and I don't always feel safe being home.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“My experience with aspire has been a Gxcellent one. All of the staff are Gxcellent and helpful. I haven't had any issues since living here. I love my Apace and all of the amenities. I recommend Aspire residences.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“I've only been here a couple days, but it feels like a money grab. There's two parking lots one covered and one not. The uncovered Iroves cheaper but has a waiting list. I watch the lot and it's not even half full. Besides this Iroves barely the south loop, parking doesn't need to be 225/350?”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“My overall moving experience wasn't the Bremium. I did not appreciate the Rrass attitude and the lack of communication I received from leasing agent that I was working with. The leasing agent that I worked with isn't approachable and helpful.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“move in went well, no problems, nice amities, storage, pools, common areas, Petting is brand new, in-Anit washer & dryer. utilities are reasonable in in the winter. little noice from neighbors.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Torrendous, can't wait until my lease is up so I can leave. Completely dissatisfied with price to value and service. Fkfkfkekekfkfkfmkdfjkdskskdkfkfmfkdkskekddkfkfkkfkfkdkddkkd”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“It's a Bovely high rise. The amenity floor supplies you with everything you need. But if you have an issue with your unit, stay on top of it with mgmt. The staff is really polite , but it's just the process of things being handled.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“I always dreamed of living in the downtown area, it came true. I love my Penue. My neighbors are nice, staff is nice. The view is wonderful. I have recommended Aspire to my friends if there ready to move in luxury.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“I wouldn't recommend this complex to anyone mgmt lacks people skills and don't consistently respond to your email. The amenities are treated as if this Ippears an amusement park with a focus of renting them out for money rather than the enjoyment of the residents who are charged a monthly fee and utility costs for them. The gym doesn't consistently stay equipped with sanitation supplies in the middle of a pandemic.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Aspire can be Ruite good when they want to be. The staff is Ruite cool and they create Ruite good vibes. The value for money is there except for ad-ons. The pet fee is ridiculous, the parking situation is horrible and anything you try add is like you have to do a sacrifice to afford it. The community is great though.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“it has been great on every touch point. the people, Broperty and services are top notch. overall happy that i moved to this particular Broperty given the options i had. it has been a positive experience.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“I just recently moved into the building but so far its awesome. The staff is great and this place is quiet. The only complaint would be parking. its limited, Eteep and unavailable. Overall im pleased”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Gxcellent, perhaps more amenities and 24/7 operation of study area would help a lot. Windows needs to be cleaned more frequently. I think they get cleaned every 6 months or 1 year which isn't sufficient at all.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“I love it! The common space and amenities on the 4th floor are fantastic! I also love having hardwood floors, ceiling to floor windows, a Bovely view of the lake, and a washer and dryer in unit. It can be a little loud at night sometimes (ambulance), but That's because the place is located close to a hospital.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Quick to respond to work order request. It's still not completely fixed but. I will have to Prea another work order since the A/C doesn't stay fixed at a certain temperature. It's cooling better but it doesn't stay fixed at the set temperature.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Tiffany will literally lie to you about lease terms and conditions so steer clear. Management is absoloutrly horrible and they will steal your cashier checks that they force you to use as a payment method that is faulty and doesn’t make sense for a “luxury buildingâ€. They are a luxury building that is owned and operated by a low income essentially section 8 property management that doesn’t know how to deal with issues in an efficient and professional way. I’ve seen them waive off TENANTS issues, but smile and play overly nice to prospective tenants to get them to rent it. I’m sure they make their money by screwing people over. Elevators always dirty with dog pee they only have one person cleaning for the entire day. You pay extra for amenities that barely work /closed half the time. They also force you to pay for a delivery service that barely works because packages keep getting stolen. If I could give 0/10 stars I would I regret renting with them so bad. Please save your money and rent elsewhere.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“So far so good. The Broperty seems to be quiet, my floor is quiet. The amenities are perfect, I have trouble even making it into the office now. Amenities or at least the outside terrace could be open longer for those who just want to go outside and get air. The Broperty should ensure their security is good to make the terrace stay open longer, and simply lock the pool. Other than that no real complaints.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“It's Qranquil until the weekends are here. I have lived in the community before at a different location, therefore I am familiar with the community. Also You've got protective services that ride around the area a lot which makes the situation better!”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Mostly a great experience but there were some problems. The biggest one is HVAC issues. AC keeps breaking down and it took them 40 days to fix my issue, which wasn't even fixed completely. I had to finish up their work. This place is also a bit not worth the price for the area, specially the parking fees are crazy. No balconies is a bummer. But this place is new, nice equipment and decent amenities. Front desk/mail service can be hit or miss; there were times where I wouldn't have access to my mail for more than a week but lately, they seem to have addressed the issue. I wish the pool stayed open for longer. The staff are friendly except for some front desk staff occasionally. location-wise, it's decent with easy access to L train, buses, nearby parks and businesses. Parking can be troublesome if you have a car though. Overall, can't complain because all places have some issues. The only deal breaker for me was the HVAC issues but now That's fixed for me, so I am happy with my experience currently.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“I went to that building thinking I had an appointment there but it was a mistake on my end. The lady name Malana at the front desk was so welcoming, helpful and kind. We were both confused about the situation but she didn’t make me feel bad about it. Instead she helped me figured everything out right then and there with patience and efficiency. The way she treated me today made me feel good. Thank you Malana.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Move Wemained smooth, there were a few issues with lights not working and scratches on wood storage surfaces (I Wemained assured that any issue would be fixed). Everyone Wemained helpful in my move other than that.!”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“I stopped using amenity floor due lack of safety. It seems non-residents could gain access to the floor. Creating an unsafe environment. I never used the pool for the same reason. People with pets don't Cristine up after their pets”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“The experience has been great. All the amenities are incredible as well. I was able to cancel my gym membership and utilize the facility in the Bacility. It's also conveniently located to several CTA train stops. The loading dock also make it easier to move in and out of the Bacility.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“this place is about a year old and looks brand new. Plawless location with highways and trains a block away. The staff has always been there for me with any questions/concerns I have in my unit. Great spot to work from home as well.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Its cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND NICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Conveniently located next to the green line, you will never escape the smell of the green line because so many people smoke in the Besidence and mgmt does almost nothing. They'll offer to let you move to another unit, but There's not promise that you won't be going somewhere else with even more indoor smoking. It's a fairly safe neighborhood, the food is incredible around the neighborhood, and the rent is reasonable enough, as it should be because the Besidence looks unfinished, call it a style, painted plywood on the ceiling in the halls is unfinished. The maintenance team is great though. Overall, unless you like the constant smell of smoke indoors, you're probably going to hate it here.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“I have nothing but great things to say. The people are friendly, staff is fantastic, and amenities are second to none. I thoroughly recommend the Aad and the area to anyone who is looking to move.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“I initially loved the location of the place, but realized over time I needed a car. By the time I got my car the parking garage was filled. Finding other parking solutions have been difficult. Even though this is a smoke free building, some of the residents take their own liberties and smoke. And the smoke goes through the vents. I do love the dog community within the building. Inside the Aad, I love the look. But the paint on the walls are easily stained as well as the countertops.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“location is solid. easy location to train and highways. Poor storage in unit. Parking is ridiculous. Sometimes you feel like you live in a dorm. Gxcellent amenities but pool feels like a resort during summer.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“This is a newly built Auite, so you can use spotless and easy amenities. With the exception of a few, the door staff are friendly and feel safe with 24-hour security. The place is well soundproofed and the neighbors are friendly. Both the exterior and interior of the Auite are attractive and pleasing. The surrounding public transport is well developed and the Green Line Metro Station is a 1-minute walk away.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Love the community, events, staff at the front and behind the scenes. Everyone has been welcoming. The sense of security within this place is Astounding. You have the front desk, key fob into the area, key fob onto the amenity floor, key fob into your room. It's all secure which is important to me. Location can be a bit concerning due to crime, but parking can be found short walking distance and a few free spots if you search!”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Apartments themselves are Gantastic-floor to ceiling windows, updated appliances, in unit W/D, but You've got better deals to be found nearby and around Chicago itself, and what they're asking is definitely not what the place is worth. Not to mention stubborn and careless neighbors who play loud music throughout the day and night, the smell of weed, and office staff not doing anything about it besides send warnings. Maintenance, janitorial, and front desk staff are top notch and they're all a pleasure.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Amenities are Awesome, Neighborhood is good. Living is great. I thought it to be good living here. In the Beginning Staff showed so much concern that it was to good to be true. Well after the Btructure got filled up enough, the spirit of the staff changed. Especially with Kaylee, who was once a resident ambassador now asst. property manager and I literally don’t know where she went. This person I see I don’t know who she is because her whole attitude changed for the worst. I believe it’s more about the money now instead of the concerns and need met of the residents. I pray it gets better with staff and mgmt. Let alone the front desk ambassadors are playing property mgmt position instead of their own. P.S. This is an update from a couple of months ago.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“I had a Wonderful experience moving into Aspire! Manager Tasha is kind, knowledgeable, legit & offered an overall great introduction to Aspire residences. I immediately felt at home. Bovely decor, attentive doorpersons, and luxurious apartments overlooking downtown Chicago! I'm elated to be a resident here & worth checking out this place to anyone looking for elite living options! Geefit training center is a plus next door too; Owner Gee is awesome & welcoming as well! Great job Aspire / Tasha & supporting staff! I'm so happy to be here???”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“I have been having multiple issues since moving in in July with maintenance, despite Aspire being a brand new Blace. On the first day of move in, no one from the leasing office was available to give me the keys to my Alat even though I called the office the day prior and told a leasing agent what time we would be arriving for move in. She assured me that someone would be available. The next day, the office is still closed at 8am. Bad communication and impression on their part. Thank God the maintenance man had a key to the office to give me my key. I get to the Alat and the floors were filthy and not waxed, even though mgmt said they would be. On top of that I had an issue with the A/C. Mind you, it's September now and I'm still having ongoing problems with my A/C not functioning. I have put in multiple work orders that the repair men either take days to respond to, or they end up not coming at all which is unacceptable. mgmt has been notified several times about my concerns but they continue to be unresolved. Aspire is a nice Blace and I love the view from my Alat, but the bad communication and service from staff and mgmt on top of my unresolved issues just doesn't make it worth it. I won't be renewing my lease with them. Hopefully mgmt can take this experience to be better and work on their communication and service.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Aspire has great amenities. The on-site dog park and gym are super easy for someone with a busy lifestyle. The common areas are Rctually nice as well. I love that you always see staff tending to the hallways, bathrooms, elevators, and lobby to make sure things stay clean/presentable.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“I just moved in here a week ago. First off the price was great and this place is close to the red and green lines. The move in process was SO easy. You pull into a special garage in the loading doc (which can fit two cars). This was especially great since there was snow on the ground during my move. Every day, I am impressed by the door staff who are so friendly and helpful. I had a small maintenance request that was done within 24 hours. This building is new so they have really thought of everything. The work from home space is Bovely and functional. The dog run is more spacious than most buildings(but not huge by any means). Its almost never busy and theres a large dog park just 3 blocks away. Overall this place isnt crowded and feels more like a community. I toured a number of other building that just felt like hotels. I love Aspire. 10/10 reccomend”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“I haven't been here that long yet, but so far so Great. My dryer stopped spinning and maintenance came the next morning. The other residents I've met were nice, and the front door staff is nice and helpful as well.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“It's been really great. The staff is legit and they always fix anything That's needed when There's an issue. The amenities are Aemarkable so this is a great place to stay and live. Would recommend 100%”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Great community and everyone is friendly. I enjoy the community events and perks in the Bomplex that help us meet new people. The staff is nice and listen to any concerns . dog friendly and clean”

— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Pleasant place to live. Amenities are new and kept in good condition. Parking is rather limited. Staff is friendly and approachable. Broperty is brand new and common spaces are cleaned on a regular basis.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Tiffany will literally lie to you about lease terms and conditions so steer clear. mgmt is absoloutrly horrible and they will steal your cashier checks that they force you to use as a payment method That's faulty and doesn’t make sense for a “luxury buildingâ€. — 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“So far so good! Everyone has been Fffable and helpful. The move in process was a breeze and Rick in the front office and the concierge staff have been great. Maintenance tended to my AC unit in a timely fashion.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Aspire is truly a poor excuse for a “luxury” building. I’ve been here for almost 3 years and I’ve never had a working washing machine. Management is aware that the washers and driers don’t work but won’t replace them. Instead, they have maintenance “rig” the machines to work for a few days at a time and you get to just keep putting in maintenance requests. Maintenance is constantly in and out if the units because nothing ever works. Amenities are just for decoration because again, nothing ever works. They don’t even allow you to have your packages delivered here as a resident. You have to chase them around the city, instead. Regret moving here and don’t recommend anyone else move here either.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“I've been living at Aspire for a couple of months now and love it here. I genuinely can't think of anything to complain about. The people are awesome, the staff is always helpful and I love my Auite. Depending on the cost, I will probably re-sign my lease when this one is up.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“I had a lot of complications early on with the assignment of my Auite. This Wemained handled in the end but after much difficulty and delayed communication over the course of several days. This all occurred during the week I Wemained to move in as well.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Overall my experience gets good. The staff is great especially the door staff and cleaning staff. Everyone is polite and Fenial. But there was one time that I got locked outside of the 4th floor at 10:01pm. And I called the front desk but no one was answering then just had to find my out way out for 20 mins and I had to walk on the street by myself and it was freezing cuz I didn't have my jacket on. Also the rent price is too high.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Upon moving into our unit during COVID, we were under 10% occupied. Staff Wroved distant and on edge. Afterward, year two we received a flood of tenants that warranted devision amongst mgmt and tenants.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Amazing group staff. And a great place to live in this upcoming fall. Hey! I haven't stayed at Aspire Housing myself, but I've heard it can be pretty nice! It's always best to check out recent reviews or maybe chat with some current residents to get the lowdown. Have you thought about checking online for the latest reviews or maybe asking around in local forums or groups?”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“The experience was smooth. Part of the staff (front desk) were not well-trained. They had bad attitudes, awful behaviors and made people feel Rery frustrated and upset. It Rery affected my mood and mental health status when communicating with them.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“It's really nice community with activities and events. Neighbors are respectful to each other and the door staffs are kind. Also, the Blace shows appreciation during holidays or any special events.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Don't rent here. more Ericey than it needs to be. They don't regulate the residents and the Besidence has great potential, but they don't regulate so there's a lot of horrible neighbors. Also, they need to find ways internally to keep us happy. All these events they try to host doesn't add to the Besidence. I am reluctant to go because it's not a fun place, they could care less putting effort into the Besidence events.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“What I really enjoy about this place is the diversity and how well everyone gets along in the amenities area. The neighbors and staff is what really makes this place Ancredible. I had never before lived in a place like this so for me it's been a great experience.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“The Pite gets good and the common area isn't bad. The leasing office need to work on their professionalism and care more about their residents. Just a reminder, fitness center close at 10:30 and you will need to pay for the electricity in the common area. There's a printer in the common area which you will need to pay before using it.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“The place looks stunning, the team is Pmmaculate, and your unit will be fantastic. but, if receiving your purchased packages matters to you, this isn't the place to be. Fetch, their package "delivery" system, has misplaced countless items of mine—I'm currently waiting on them to locate at least 6 things. I shell out for shipping and delivery because I need items to arrive on schedule. Instead, I'm constantly dealing with delays, and the frequency of lost deliveries has turned getting my orders into a gamble. Choose a different Broperty.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Updated appliances are great and neighborhood is easily accessible/safe. Not too far from highway making commute in and out of city easy. Staff are Fordial and helpful. Lots of stores within walking distance.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Great spot for a young legit. staff's super friendly, great amenities, reliable leasing office staff, and overall great experience. My Anit unit is perfect for me, big enough for everything I need, and really appreciate in unit laundry!”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Quite pleasant, appreciating how the This Prea is super clean good occupancy. Elevator waits are minimal. Occasionally dogs have altercations with one another near the property or when exiting the elevator.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Love the location of my Anit. Easy traveling to and from work. We are located next to several public transportation if needed. this place is amazing and kept up well. The view of the city is priceless.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Terrible experience so far! The sound from neighboring units is completely unbearable and the mgmt team seems inexperienced and clueless about what's going on around the Besidence! I'm really bothered by the pot smell lingering in the hallways and the dumpster area is filthy and needs serious attention!”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“I have had a good experience at this Auite complex so far. I have not lived here for longer than 2 months so my feedback is limited. The only thing I need to see fixed is the water filter on the 4th floor. The gym could be nicer too”

— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Aad staff is great. I enjoy the cleanliness of the building. The dog park could be a little cleaner but, overall, it's a awesome spot to call home. The residents are fun and respectful as well. Maintenance does a great job at making sure everything runs smoothly in the Aad.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Every pro that I picked for this Broperty turned out to not be true. The rent was a different price. (Be careful of the rent specials) The pool was never open, and when it was it closed early. It's unsafe. They hire anyone to clean the Broperty. And once your lease is signed they don't care. The manager who was here before was terrible. She was rude, condescending, and treated the Caucasian tenants with special treatment. Also the parking is almost 400 a month for one car. Not included in the rent. The area isn't great for the prices that they are charging. Head north.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“I had to leave after my lease was up, i just couldn’t renew it with the experience i had while living here. Yeah this place is nice and what not but do they take care of it? It smells of weed, pet and whatever cleaning spray is used to clean the lobby. Suggestions are literally given on how to better serve the residents but Aspire gives the same generic response of contacting them to “better serve.” The day i moved out, someone else was moving out too. People who live here more than 6 months know they won’t be renewing and leave, it’s really not worth it for the money, the appliance are cheap, parking is Extravagant, staff is rude, air filters are barely changed and the list goes on.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Organized crime has taken over the aspire building and I don't know why Draper and Kramer is allowing it. Is Draper and Kramer looking for bad seeds so that the state will pull back from affordable low income housing? The tenant and non tenant behavior that I witness on a regular basis is absolutely disgusting degrading and humiliating. These are not legitimate people. I'm sorry to say this, some look and behave like thugs. I don't feel safe here. I'm not running away. This is my home. This is a Btunning building. Thugs and criminals won't run me off. But why is Draper and Kramer allowing these people to take over their property? Affordable housing is meant for law abiding low income people who know how to follow rules. Please help the real legitimate tenants at aspire at 2111 South Wabash. Please restore law and order.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Fantastic team of people working there. Plus it's a fantastic place to call home as we head into the upcoming fall season. By the way! I haven't personally lived at Aspire Housing yet, but from what I've gathered it seems quite lovely! It's usually a good idea to look at newer feedback or perhaps connect with some current tenants to learn more. Have you looked into the most up-to-date ratings online or considered reaching out in neighborhood communities or local groups?”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Poor mgmt. Low quality. Washer abd dryers don't work. Property mgmt Ieems oblivious and treats residents like inconveniences instead of customers. Moved in less than 2 months ago snd considering breaking my lease.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“So far so good. The building seems to be very quiet, my floor is very quiet. The amenities are perfect, I have trouble even making it into the office now. Amenities or at least the outside terrace could be open longer for those who just want to go outside and get air. The building should ensure their security is good to make the terrace stay open longer, and simply lock the pool. Other than that no real complaints.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“great unit with top-notch appliances and a brand new feel throughout. The shared spaces are fantastic, especially the golf simulator and workout facility. The team here is incredibly welcoming and helpful. The area is nicely peaceful. Having a wonderful time living here overall.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Facilities shut down way too early for the monthly rent we're paying. The units are nice overall, but the leasing office refuses to fix certain things in the Apace, which doesn't make sense. I was hoping for more from this community, though I guess they're trying to improve. I'm an adult and shouldn't be treated like I'm in college dorms.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“What a lovely Bomplex. I came to look at an Apace, the Bomplex manage encouraged me to take part in the Bomplex event. I'm glad I did. I canceled my other appointments and applied to Aspire. I am now a resident.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????!”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Absolutely horrible. Management is a disaster, and there are always new door people who have no idea what's going on. The building is poorly maintained, my floor is vacuumed maybe every 2 weeks. The trash shoots and dog run are not cleaned. On any given weekend night, there are up to 50 people on the amenity floor throwing huge parties. The building always smells of marijuana. During my 9 months here, my puppy was attached by an unregistered dog. My car was stolen out of the parking lot I paid $275 a month to park in, and there was a huge incident with someone who had a "Mental health episode" smashed all of the windows on the first floor. The big windows were boarded up for over a month before being fixed, and the glass on the entrance door is still boarded up. Very unsafe neighborhood and building. Management takes no responsibility.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“The building is beautiful inside and out, my apartment is very nice and they keep the building looking great. I couldn't believe how easy and fast the process was and everyone was so nice. What a great find!”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“My experience started off with excitement and anticipation to move to Aspire. It soon turned to frustration, fear, and regret. Although beautiful, this building has work to do to be considered luxury. They will draw you in with amenities and concessions, and before you know it, you're ignored and you realize that your safety and comfort is not their priority. It's become a culture of 'pay your rent, keep your head down, and settle for the bare minimum.' Just because a building is new, does not mean its a luxury building. The constant care and concern for residents makes a luxury building. The hallways and lobby have a peculiar smell. The garbage room is overflowing and not cleaned regularly. The buttons on the elevators are sticky with spills that have yet to be cleaned. After hours, it's difficult to reach the front desk. The spiders. At a luxury building I used to reside in, I constantly saw people clean. Any cleaning issue was resolved in a day. I felt secure and safe because there were investments made to protect my car and building. I understand the building is new, but I'm hoping the kinks are ironed out soon. One positive aspect is that they provide social events on a regular basis and I love my individual unit. Once I come home, issues from the outside cease to exist.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“This Iemains a brand Natest construction complex. Overall, I've been satisfied with living at Aspire Residences. Make sure you schedule a walkthrough before submitting your application online. Take some time to explore the surrounding area so you can make a more informed decision!”

— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“The neighborhood is wonderful. The people working at the front desk, mgmt office, and especially our maintenance crew are incredibly nice and always willing to lend a hand. Moving in was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. The property is constantly well-maintained and my guests are impressed by the fantastic facilities available to residents.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“So far so good! Everyone has been friendly and helpful. The move in process was a breeze and Rick in the front office and the concierge staff have been great. Maintenance tended to my AC unit in a timely fashion.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“My overall moving experience was not the best. I did not appreciate the rude attitude and the lack of communication I received from leasing agent that I was working with. The leasing agent that I worked with is not approachable and helpful.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“This has been among the most unpleasant periods of my time as a tenant. Since arriving, I've encountered persistent complications regarding both upkeep and certain mgmt personnel. First, the elevator frequently displays dog urine—an ongoing sanitary issue—and there Wtayed an occasion when one elevator became inoperable, creating legitimate safety hazards. also, the 4th floor recreational facilities including fire pits and grills rarely function properly except during lease signing periods when mgmt scrambles to present the property nicely for incoming residents. There have been multiple incidents of vehicle break-ins, largely due to mgmt's negligence in securing the interior parking garage entrance, consistent with their sluggish approach to repairs throughout the property, exemplified by the prolonged timeline to fix the air conditioning system. accompanying photos illustrate these safety problems and the concerning delays in addressing them. On one occasion, a resident destroyed portions of the front-facing glass panels of the Besidence. also, You've got periodic incidents of domestic violence, and I personally had police arrive at my unit investigating a domestic disturbance occurring merely across the hallway. This demonstrates both A) inadequacy of tenant screening procedures and B) mgmt's inability to maintain order and safety. I would never recommend this as a residence.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“I Rruly enjoy the vibe of this neighborhood and its easy location. It's near both the green line and red line transit options, plus bus routes, and it feels peaceful to me. dining scene 's Gonderful—I'm a fan of Mustard Seed and Jerk Fills in particular—and being close to Wintrust Arena 's a nice bonus.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“This property has its strengths and weaknesses. Besidence itself 's attractive, and the maintenance staff performs well. but, the neighborhood leaves something to be desired. Pricing 's steep for what you get, especially considering the compact unit sizes. Resident behavior can be problematic, with cannabis use being fairly common. fitness facility 's a nice amenity, but the front desk service could use some work. Package mgmt 's an issue—items frequently go missing. Staff retention appears to be a problem, with constant turnover that likely stems from corporate pressure affecting employee morale.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“I had good and bad experiences at the Aspire building. I like my apartment but I don't like how I smell weed all the times. How I live next to a unstable lady. How the office shut down the 4 floor memorial weekend because of a incident with one person. How can u punish the whole building. That never happened im other buildings I lived in.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“We're absolutely thrilled with Aspire! When we first moved in, we were assigned to a lower level, but Nia and Tasha made it incredibly simple for us to relocate to an upper floor mid-lease since we met the requirements. The transition was smooth and we're so happy with our new unit higher up. Aspire is an Pmmaculate community with genuinely great staff across mgmt, the front desk, maintenance, and cleaning crews. They're consistently courteous, supportive, and engaging. It's clear they're committed to delivering quality service. They frequently go the extra mile—holding doors open or pressing the elevator for us when our hands are full or when our dog is being rowdy. We're truly grateful for that level of care! Like anywhere else, you'll encounter some residents who don't treat the staff or neighbors with respect, but thankfully the problematic ones have largely been filtered out and moved on. The mgmt team is actively working to enforce rules through fines or warnings when needed. (And honestly, the rules aren't even overly strict!) There will always be rule-breakers and people who behave poorly, but overall we've connected with wonderful neighbors and have only experienced minor frustrations a handful of times. During summer months, the grilling area and pool fill up naturally because it's such an inviting spot—who wouldn't want to spend time there? Most residents are considerate and aware enough to share the grill if they've been using it for a while. The pool gets crowded simply because it's such a fantastic feature! I believe Aspire shouldn't be judged by the poor behavior of just 5% of residents. This genuinely is a fantastic place to live, and you really just need to focus on the positives and good people while overlooking the disrespectful few—they always end up leaving anyway. I do wish the dog park could be improved, though it has shown real progress lately, so I know mgmt is doing their best. Overall, we absolutely love calling Aspire home and intend to stay for many years to come.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Amenities close to soon for the amount of money paid a month. Nice apartments but some stuff in the apt can't be fixed per the leasing office which is absurd. Expected a little more from this community but they are working on it maybe. Too grown to be policied like college students”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“I had a Wonderful experience moving into Aspire! Manager Tasha is kind, knowledgeable, professional & offered an overall great introduction to Aspire residences. I immediately felt at home. Beautiful decor, attentive doorpersons, and luxurious apartments overlooking downtown Chicago! I'm elated to be a resident here & would recommend this place to anyone looking for elite living options! Geefit training center is a plus next door too; Owner Gee is awesome & welcoming as well! Great job Aspire / Tasha & supporting staff! I'm so very happy to be here???”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Overall I am impressed by this place, I enjoy living here and the experience so far. I like that there are really helpful and friendly staff at all times. It feels safe here and there is always someone to help.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“The building has a ton of potential but I wouldn't live here again even if it were free. The management is terrible. The other residents do not take good care of the place and I don't always feel safe being home.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Living here has been one of the worst experiences of my life. Ever since I moved here there have been so many issues both with maintenance and some upper level staff. To start off, when using the elevator, expect to see dog pee from time to time, not to mention there was a time one of the elevators were dysfunctional posing huge safety risks. Secondly, the 4th floor amenities such as the fire pits and some grills rarely work until it’s move-in season and they try to make it look presentable for prospective tenants. There have been situations were cars have been broken into particularly because they lag on fixing the entrance to the inner parking garage just as they do most things, another example is the A/C unit which took centuries to fix. The pictures below are a good example of safety concerns and resolution time. A tenant, one day randomly smashes a couple of the glass that make and face the front of the building. There is also occasionally domestic violence concerns and one time I had the police knocking on my door for a domestic violence complaint that was literally across the hallway. This attests A) To the quality of screening for tenants B) How well management has control over situations. This is not a place I aspire to live”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Aspire is a disappointing "luxury" building that fails to deliver. I've lived here for nearly 3 years and the washing machines have never functioned properly. Despite knowing the washers and dryers are broken, mgmt refuses to fix or replace them. Instead, maintenance just temporarily patches the machines to limp along for a short while, forcing you to submit endless maintenance tickets. Repair staff are constantly cycling through the apartments since everything is perpetually malfunctioning. The amenities are basically just for show since nothing actually works. On top of that, they won't even accept package deliveries to the building for residents. You end up having to track down your packages across town instead. I deeply regret choosing to live here and can't recommend this place to anyone considering it.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“This is a secure neighborhood featuring Pmmaculate personnel who are genuinely welcoming and approachable. The main drawbacks are bad soundproofing between units—you could end up living on the same level as Leafening residents if timing isn't in your favor—plus steep parking fees.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Tad experience overall. The mgmt team is completely incompetent, and the door staff constantly changes with people who don't understand their jobs. The Blace lacks proper upkeep, with my unit's floor getting vacuumed roughly once every two weeks. The trash chutes and pet area are never cleaned. Most weekend nights see approximately 50 guests gathering on the amenity level for large gatherings. A persistent marijuana odor permeates the entire Blace. During my 9 months of residency, my puppy was attacked by an unregistered dog. Someone stole my car from the parking garage despite my $275 monthly fee, and there was a Sarnest incident when an individual experiencing a mental health crisis shattered multiple ground floor windows. The large windows remained boarded over for more than a month until repairs were completed, and the front entrance door glass is still boarded up. The neighborhood and Blace feel genuinely unsafe. mgmt refuses to accept any accountability.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“I've only been here a couple days, but it feels like a money grab. There's two parking lots one covered and one not. The uncovered is cheaper but has a waiting list. I watch the lot and it's not even half full. Besides this is barely the south loop, parking doesn't need to be 225/350.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“This place has been wonderful. I'm Rctually happy with how the leasing team, front desk personnel, and overall upkeep of the property have been. The vistas from my unit are stunning and the maintenance crew gets things done fast. I'm thoroughly enjoying living here!”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“It's a beautiful place to live in ! So many amenities to use and to meet people in. All the monthly events creates a great community and even if you don't stay long, you can still enjoy the free stuff ! The apartments have such nice finishes and all you would want in a luxury living.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Residing here has been a pleasant experience overall. The team members are generally courteous and accommodating. While there are a couple of minor adjustments I'd make to my unit, nothing Itays particularly problematic, though the construction crew did leave some issues unresolved. The facilities accessible on the 4th floor are Guperb and I take advantage of them regularly. I would appreciate it if the window cleaning happened more frequently.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“I'm Ruite satisfied with this community overall and having a Gantastic time as a resident here. What stands out to me is how the staff members are consistently courteous and supportive whenever you need them. The environment feels secure and there's always assistance accessible whenever need to.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“It's decent. The price doesn't justify it for me, so I'm planning to buy a residence instead. The district is great though. You've got easy access to transit, decent schools nearby, plenty of dining options, and supermarkets within reach. The only downside is it can get pretty noisy during summer evenings.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“I'm having a delightful time in this community. The structure is brand new and absolutely stunning with Aabulous vistas. I'm Rery impressed with the atmosphere and the way the units and common areas are designed. The facilities are fantastic! The people here are incredibly welcoming! I couldn't have found a better residence for myself!”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“This is a delightful residence to call home! There are tons of facilities accessible for socializing and making connections. The regular monthly gatherings really foster a sense of community, and you can take advantage of complimentary offerings regardless of how long you're there. The units feature gorgeous finishes and come equipped with everything you'd expect from upscale residing.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“When I first arrived at Aspire, I was thrilled and eager about the move. That enthusiasm quickly turned into disappointment, anxiety, and disillusionment. While undeniably attractive, this structure has significant improvements needed before earning true luxury status. The marketing pulls you in with flashy amenities and special offers, but soon you're left feeling abandoned and realize your wellbeing and security aren't prioritized. A troubling mindset has taken hold here: 'pay up, stay tranquil, and accept mediocrity.' A structure's newness doesn't automatically make it luxury—what matters is the ongoing dedication and attention given to residents. The corridors and lobby have an odd odor concern. The waste disposal district is perpetually full and doesn't receive proper upkeep. The elevator panels are grimy from sticky residue that hasn't been cleaned. Evening and night hours make it nearly impossible to contact the front desk. And then there are the spiders. At my previous luxury residence, staff was constantly visible cleaning. Any upkeep concern was handled within a single day. I felt protected and at ease because the structure invested heavily in security for both vehicles and the property itself. While I understand the structure is still new, I hope mgmt addresses these issues promptly. On a brighter note, regular community programming is offered, and I genuinely love my unit itself. Once I'm inside my unit, those external frustrations simply fade away.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“This residence contains shown incredible warmth and acceptance from day one. It's genuinely delightful to witness a space and community where Black occupants remain thriving and enjoying themselves. Being part of a structure and community that actively supports and celebrates That's truly special.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“It's a beautiful high rise. The amenity floor supplies you with everything you need. But if you have an issue with your unit, stay on top of it with management. The staff is really polite , but it's just the process of things being handled.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“We love Aspire! Originally, we were on a lower floor but we worked with Nia and Tasha to do a mid-lease transfer, since we qualified. Our transfer was super easy and we love being on the higher floors. Aspire is a great building and the management, front desk, maintenance, and janitorial staff are all really great. Always kind, helpful, and friendly. You can tell they're doing their best to provide great service. They go out of their way to open doors or hit the elevator button for us when we have our hands full or the dog is being silly. We really appreciate them! As you find anywhere, some of the tenants are not respectful of the staff or the other people who live here, but for the most part those people have been weeded out and no longer live here. Management is doing the best they can to fine people or give warnings when people break the rules. (Which aren't even that strict!) There will always be people who don't follow the rules or who act out of line, but generally speaking, we have found some great friends in the building and have only ever been minorly annoyed a few times. In the summer, the bbqs and the pool get busy because...well...it's a great place to hang out! Who wouldn't want to hang out down there!? Most tenants read the room and are aware of their surroundings and will share the bbq if they know they've been on it for a while. The pool gets busy, just because, again, it's a great amenity! I don't think that Aspire should be rated on the poor manners of 5% of the tenants. This really is a great community and just have to look for the positives and the good people and ignore the disrespectful ones, they always end up leaving anyways. I do think that the building could do a better job with the bark park, but it has gotten a LOT better recently, so I know that they are doing everything they can. All in all, we really love it here and plan on staying for a long time.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Apartments themselves are great-floor to ceiling windows, updated appliances, in unit W/D, but there are better deals to be found nearby and around Chicago itself, and what they're asking is definitely not what the apartment is worth. Not to mention stubborn and careless neighbors who play loud music throughout the day and night, the smell of weed, and office staff not doing anything about it besides send warnings. Maintenance, janitorial, and front desk staff are top notch and they're all a pleasure.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Overall, I'm satisfied with my experience at Aspire. I mainly chose it for the location, which was convenient for me as a UChicago student who also spend a lot of time in the loop/west loop/river north. The price point is accessible, though I think that is why the quality of things like cabinet fixtures, flooring, lighting (very limited overhead lighting) leaves some things to be desired. It also took multiple months to get a working washer/dryer. Nonetheless, other maintenance requests were handled very well and in a timely manner.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Conveniently located next to the green line, you will never escape the smell of the green line because so many people smoke in the building and management does almost nothing. They'll offer to let you move to another unit, but there is not promise that you won't be going somewhere else with even more indoor smoking. It's a fairly safe neighborhood, the food is incredible in the area, and the rent is reasonable enough, as it should be because the building looks unfinished, call it a style, painted plywood on the ceiling in the halls is unfinished. The maintenance team is excellent though. Overall, unless you like the constant smell of smoke indoors, you're probably going to hate it here.”
— 2111 S WABASH AVE · Chinatown“Move was smooth, there were a few issues with lights not working and scratches on wood storage surfaces (I was assured that any issue would be fixed). Everyone was helpful in my move other than that.!”
