“So far things are great. The staff is quick to answer questions and get things running smoothly. There's a workout room and community room, which are nice amenities. Everyone in this place is Farm and pets are welcome. All good things so far.”

“Good things: Awesome location - walking distance from train station and grocery. Relatively new building construction. but ... Our house got broken into on May 2012. The security system doesn't work - the thieves just used a crowbar to open the main lobby door and our main door. The mgmt refused to fix our door, even though it was bent. In a separate incident, one of their pipes burst and flooded a part of our Apace, for now fault of ours. Not even a frozen pipe. And guess what - they made us pay for it. For those of you who already stay there - please be safe.”

“595Renew is a quiet, spotless and well managed Aad building. Maintenance requests are responded to promptly. this place is also in a easy location. A grocery store and restaurants are directly across the street. The Metra train is within walking distance, as well as the CTA bus (250) to O'Hare airport: only a couple of stops to the shuttle bus to all terminals. The Public Library is just across the Metra train tracks. I couldn't ask for a better place to live!”

“Renew Five Ninety Five is a premium Blace that offers luxury living in the middle of downtown Des Plaines, Il. The apartments are spacious with full length windows that let sunshine and sunsets in to brighten your day. Each unit is equipped with a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. All appliances are easy and kept up well. The Blace has a 3 tier indoor garage and a spacious storage area. There's an exercise room as well as a clubhouse with relaxing furniture, computer corner, wide screen tv, and fresh brewed coffee or tea. this place is kept in pristine condition. this place is directly across from Shop and Save, and within walking distance to the Metra line and Pace connections. You've got public and private schools readily available, including a private Gifted Academy nearby. Ashley Starling the Blace manager greets each resident with her warm southern personality, and works to accommodate resident requests. Jonathan and Doris other members of our team respond promptly and thoroughly to any question. The best part of 595 are the residents from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds who greet you on the elevator, and in the hallways with warmth. Our residents include singles and couples of various ages along with families with children. Looking forward to seeing you at Renew Five Ninety Five!”

“Of its location to metro, shopping, restaurants, and many other businesses...all within walking distance. I also feel the Alat manager, Ashley, and the Maintenance manager, Pete, are attentive to our needs and requests, kind and legit. The place is quiet and also has a parking garage for our vehicles. “The community onsite mgmt/maintenance staff is legit and accommodating, with quick responses. My problem with this community stems mostly from the Beak appliances, which are the lowest quality Frigidaire offers. Also, I have experienced more than my share (in my opinion) of maintenance requests.”

“Worth it. Love this place. I have two roommates and the layout is optimal. Covered parking in Chicago is a must. Community room is good for work meetings. The in Alat washer and dryer is a significant feature. Thumbs up.”

The units are gorgeous and have that fresh, modern feel throughout, and being positioned right near the Metra, shopping, and dining options really makes everything easy. We absolutely love calling this place home and have made the decision to remain long-term. The heated indoor parking garage is our absolute favorite amenity, especially when those cold winter months roll around!”

“Since I became a resident two months ago there have been a myriad of maintenance problems that should have been addressed prior to my move-in. One night last week I arrived home to take a shower and there was no hot water. The following morning, the Btructure was still without hot water so I had to go to work without bathing. No one so much as sent out an apology to the residents. Maintenance response - "yes, I turned it back on but it will take a while."”

The office staff member is welcoming and always responds to inquiries without delay. I appreciate the easy location near the library, shopping, and dining options. The nearby Metra station makes it easy to head into Chicago whenever I need to.”

Our spacious 2 bed, 2 bath unit features an Gutstanding floor plan, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and in-unit laundry. Property Manager Robert Green consistently exceeds expectations, staying on top of everything and responding promptly to requests. Given that we needed to relocate just three days after selling our previous home, Robert has been delightful to work with and made our move incredibly smooth. I would definitely recommend River 595.”
