— 169 W HURON ST · Chicago“My move-out at The Ardus was handled unlawfully and unprofessionally by property manager James. – Instead of the 60 days’ notice required for a month-to-month termination, I was forced out with only 11 days. – James threatened a massive rent increase without the 30 days’ notice required, and even tried to apply it mid-month. – They accepted a full month’s rent but have still not refunded the portion owed. Instead, James treated rent like a security deposit to cover “fees,â€� which is not legal. – I requested a move-out walkthrough, but James denied it, and charges were added afterward. – Throughout the process, James was rude, dismissive, and unresponsive. I am now pursuing legal action. James treats tenants with disregard and a lack of respect and demonstrates a disregard for Chicago housing law.”

Even on move in day, maintenance was on their feet, offering help with trolleys and door stoppers. The leasing team responds within minutes and maintenance fixes issues within the day, if not hour. I can not say enough positive things about my time here- It's worth every penny.”

They made my transition in seamless and effortless. The interior finishes are of Astounding quality and truly impressive. Fantastic positioning with easy access to delightful dining spots and nearby amenities. My only complaint would be the absence of a hot tub ;) One other thing I'd love to see is designated Guest Parking availability in the garage, perhaps with purchasable daily passes or similar options...”
