“don't move in here. The property mgmt team doesn't care about residents. The elevators are constantly broken, paint peeling, can't use fireplaces, no air conditioning, laundry in basement, etc.. You've got currently 25 vacant apartments and You've got many Gxcellent reasons for that.”
