“For my military training in Ft Rucker, I had to stay in Enterprise for couple of months, so I rent an Apt from Lincoln Square located at 100 Hampton Ln, Enterprise, AL 36330, because it s a close location for me to go to work every day. Here were the problems I got from them: Moving in - Dust all over. I had to spend a whole week to clean it up for each room and anywhere in the grimy kitchen every day after work and the weekend. Maintenance V The pool skill maintaining guy could hardly fix something right in the Apt. So you have to either bear with the problem or ask someone else to get it fix for you for your own expenses. Moving out V 1. You need to keep the electricity and water on and running for 3 days after you move out for the cleaning people work in the apt. The final bills from electricity and water companies were as high as the monthly bills: 3 extract day = 30 days cost!!! It made me feel like they turned all electricity and water on in the Apt, and just let them run and wasted - Pool mgmt and bad heard people there!!! 2. You would never have your deposit $300 back from the apt mgmt after moving out. They tried to keep the money as much as possible from you by making excuses and marking down everything in your moving out Apt for them to repair or clean, and not even let you know what they were. The best case you can get the refund from them might be 5% or less. The worst case would even get a bill from them asked you pay more for your damages . Conclusion: Rather living farther, but not rent Lincoln Square Apt. Otherwise you would feel sorry for making the wrong decision later. Think about it before you want to rent!!!”
