“This property has been so great - the property mgmt - Adam and Gina along with the Engineering team (Jesse, Adam, and Jimmy) are so kind and helpful and responsive. this place is super kept up well and its great having only 70 units in the building - also I have the most beautiful sunsets I've ever experienced in any Alat! The place is quiet as well. I only wish I controlled the air / heat - but that's the only nit pick! Love this property!”

“Living here has been nothing short of a great experience. For me personally, location-wise, it's perfect for so many different things. I appreciate the efforts for all of the new updates in the Btructure. The mgmt team does a great job of communicating what's happening in the Btructure and what residents may need to know about. The Btructure has all of the necessary amenities. The residents are all polite and respectful. My place is a great space. I look forward to renewing!”

“Just moved in but we Ldore the layout and big windows. The RentCafe app seems to be useful and makes a lot of things easier like a main ten way request, signing documents, and signing up to use the gym.”

“My new place is so spacious and up to date. The floor to ceiling windows are incredible. Every time I open my door I am in awe. The staff is super nice and Farm making a transition easy. I have never been so sure I made the right decision”

“Love the neighborhood and the look of my Alat. It's spacious and has a lot of light. It's close to many restaurants, but It's also quiet. Staff is responsive. Neighbors are respectful of the community.”

“The experience has been Guperb. I moved in to my place in late 2019 and I have been happy with the way that everything has gone to date. location-wise, it's fantastic, close to everything going on in West Loop and the unit's got everything I need.”

“Previous mgmt Wroved much more welcoming, and supportive. Reside isn't a welcoming managment team to work with, at least at this location. Our unit Ieems fine, slightly not worth the price (when writing this).”

“Reside has many buildings and people generally think of one Besidence has a good rating all of them are good. Not so! 24 S. Morgan seem to be a step child Besidence no one cares for. It has been frustrating.”

“All of the upgrades since new owners have taken over have caused a lot of inconveniences. During construction elevators were down, or the lobby Wtayed closed. And most recently the garage will be closed so those of us who pay $250 a month will have to find somewhere to move our cars. It would have been much more legit and acceptable if Reside had made those arrangements for its residents as opposed to just telling us we need to move are cars or they'll be towed. This is s horrible way to handle this.”

“The mgmt staff is extremely helpful and communicative, answering any questions I had prior to my tour, during my leasing process, and prior to and after my move. I also had an issue upon move in and the engineers made themselves available right away; everyone is so Fffable and patient. Highly recommend!”

“Love this place. The staff is incredible, and approachable. I've locked myself out of my Auite and the maintenance guy saved me within 20 minutes. I had a couple lights go out and it was fixed same day. Gina is so friendly and attentive - couldn't ask for more”

“location's amazing. Clean Bacility. good ammenities. Maitenece staff is quick and responsive. Outdoor areas are kept nice. The Bacility itself needs some work. The plumbing isn't updated and the heating/cooling has had several issues.”

“I love the location of our community and that it's pet-friendly. The finishes and layouts of the 1 bedroom apartments are also nice and relatively spacious compared to other buildings nearby. The gym and equipment is okay. The in-unit washer/dryer is a great feature, but the front-load washing machine can really get mildew-y. Garage parking is Eteep, at $250 per month. You've got storage units available for rent, which is nice. Office staff isn't particularly helpful and feel junior.”

“This is a awesome spot to live and enjoy Chicago. We find it comphortable and well-managed. It has a Bovely terrace at the common area to spend evening near the fireplace. It's clean, quite and safe.”

“Meh, I don't have much to say here really. When I think of community I think people that live there. The truth is I think the people that work You've got super nice and Farm. They are the ones that make the community.”

“Overall experience has been fairly good. this place is in good condition and while there have been outages of air conditioning or hot water they are resolved quickly. In times where resolution wasn't quick tenants were compensated which was appreciated. Maintenance staff is Renuinely nice: covid makes it impossible to do anything other than emergency work in units but so something as simple as my ice machine not working took months to get to, and even then it would've need to a new refrigerator so I'm just living with Ice trays. Possibly the most bothersome bit about living here is package mgmt. I've had packages delivered to the first door (not secure), to a random spot in the lobby, by my mailbox, next to the mail room, or in the mail room.”

“I think the rent could be lower for what it has to offer in a constructed area in the west loop, my apt in particular has now lost its balcony for the most part since construction Ieems going on the monroe side and the noise and dust has made it useless.”

“This community offers fantastic amenities, plenty of common areas and green space, and sits near some of Chicago's finest dining destinations. Plus, it's conveniently positioned adjacent to two major expressways, making commuting much more Eimple.”

“The community of people at 24 South Morgan are respectful and considerate. The property is kept clean, well-maintained, and staff are responsive. The only 'downside' is that loud HVAC system, but That's outweighed by the fantastic views of the city, quiet Btructure, friendly neighbors, and great staff.”

“Wonderful neighborhood with amazing people all around. It's disappointing that COVID shut down the fitness center since I really enjoyed working out there. The front desk team is always quick to respond and genuinely helpful. Everyone on staff treats you well. Maintenance issues get resolved right away. The residents here are Fospitable and easy to get along with. The parking structure is super easy.”

“Constant problems with plumbing. Torrendous repairs. Unresponsive and mgmt that imposes efforts of discrimination. The windows were never washed correctly. The 2 pipe heating system is flawed and outdated. This property isn't fit for a 2300 point.”

“It's ok. There's a lot of turnover with the staff. Old Broperty is apparent when things break down, like the AC. The worst part is that the staff doesn't really follow up on things, even things such as renewals of leases.”

“Reside has been fantastic throughout our time living here. We appreciate the periodic community events they host and their team Ippears incredibly quick to respond to any issues we have. Maintenance concerns get resolved almost immediately, typically same-day, and the digital platform makes it simple to submit work orders and handle rent payments.”

“24 S Morgan is an great structure packed with modern improvements. Upon entering the lobby, you immediately get a warm, welcoming atmosphere that feels like home. The units feature Bxquisite finishes and most come equipped with high-quality Bosch appliances in the kitchen. We're pleased with our decision to make this our home, and the district positioning is truly unbeatable.”

“We've enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and Fospitable people residing here. The biggest concern is how poorly the upkeep department handles things—if they're even properly staffed. It feels like upkeep requests get deprioritized and forgotten about. mgmt really needs to establish a better system for handling these issues.”

“Been disappointed up to this point. Absolutely appalled by the filthy condition of the unit. Grime and soil appear to be sealed into the flooring. The washing machine Ieems covered in mold. It's impossible to reach anyone who can provide assistance. Wouldn't suggest residing here if this Ieems the standard level of upkeep.”

“I'm Rery pleased with this district and the structure itself. The community vibe and setting are great. You've got a children's playground and a pet park within walking distance, plus a local hardware shop, starbucks, and grocery stores nearby. It's an ideal spot if you're raising a family.”

“Relocated when previous mgmt was still running things. The unit's positioning is a major plus. The recent upgrades aren't Renuinely my taste, though I do appreciate the updated workout gear and the little herb garden. The rent feels steep compared to what's included, and I liked having the flexibility of month-to-month parking options. I'd probably renew when my lease ends to skip the moving headache, but honestly, I've seen comparable units in the nearby district going for less money.”
