i moved to university house about 6 months ago. i moved while they were still renovating but they are finished now. the apartments are really nice. everything in my Anit is new. i think that they are the nicest in the neighborhood. its easy because It's located right next to the uofchicago.

I enjoy living here because everything is easy. The staff is friendly, the maintenance guy took care of a couple of small issues in my Aad within a day. I like the workout room, its never crowded and i especially like my neighbors. It's a cool place for me to live until I end up buying something.

I have lived here for nearly 2 years now and Rery like it. It's close to school and the mgmt is great. I had an issue with my tap leaking but they fixed it the same day. The service is great. I worth checking out this place to anyone.

I have lived in University House for about 11 months now and can't wait to move out of this hell hole. This unit's got been a nightmare from the start. It's true on the surface You've got many renovations and my kitchen appliances are almost brand new. but, don't be fool by them. This building is old and badly maintained; I have been struggling with anything from plumping to electrical system.<br>The followings are just some of the example of the problem I had to deal with in the past 11 months.<br>- can't microwave food and have AC on without resetting fuse box<br>- AC was putting in badly resulting in bugs flying into Auite in summer<br>- Boiler was out for 2 days straight, no hot shower for 2 days in the middle of winter<br>- Bathroom was flooded on and off for 2 days and maintenance refuse to work on weekends<br>- Barely working washer and drier usually 1/5 is broken<br>I would never wish this Auite on anyone I know. Please stay away from this place.<br>

Since i have moved in last year, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about University House. The mgmt and maintenance staff is great, they actually care. The residents are really nice and the Btructure offers ammenities that are included in my rent. The 24 hr fitness and laundry rooms are a convenience for me.
