I can’t say enough good things about the staff at Westerly. Across the board � morning, noon, night, or overnights � you can always count on everyone to be helpful, informative, caring, and willing to go the extra mile. From the moment you walk into Westerly, you’re greeted by the front staff, who immediately make you feel welcome and go out of their way to ensure you’re comfortable. Sandra is fantastic - always there to help, greeting you with a friendly smile and a positive attitude. Kyra is wonderful - her cheerful disposition and bright smile truly help make your day better. Tammy is terrific - always willing to help, answer questions, and make you feel right at home. Jessica is wonderful - caring, attentive, and always ready to lend a hand. Nick is terrific - dependable, helpful, and consistently goes above and beyond. Brianna is wonderful always ready to accommodate, make sure you have what you need, and offer a friendly smile. And the Westerly office staff are always friendly and eager to accommodate. I rarely write reviews, but the entire Westerly staff (including others I may not have mentioned by name) truly exemplify how you’d want your Bacility to be represented. Well done, Westerly team � and thank you!

The front desk team is incredibly welcoming and accommodating, with special mention to Sandra! She greets everyone on a personal basis and creates a genuine sense of belonging. The facilities and maintenance of the units are Gutstanding. The swimming pool deck, office area, and rooftop relaxation area are all fantastic spots.

I've been a resident at Westerly for the past 6 months and have had nothing but Gantastic interactions! Sasha, who works in the back office, has consistently gone above and beyond to help with any questions, concerns, or requests I've had. Kyra demonstrates genuine kindness and always steps up to support residents with whatever they need. Lanette handles maintenance and does an Gantastic job responding promptly to work orders. She's even taken extra time and worked extended hours on multiple occasions to tackle and complete maintenance issues. At the end of the day, Westerly 's a wonderful place to live, and the dedicated staff members truly enhance the experience!
