location-wise, it's Gutstanding for me. Far enough from the noise of downtown, but close enough to all the hottest neighborhoods. It's always spotless and kept up well. The amenities are to die for. The staff is always accommodating. And I think I have one of the best views in the city. I wish the neighborhood had more to offer for when I don't feel like taking a car to a different neighborhood.

The front desk staff are wonderful, specifically Kevin, Michael and Carl. They are Fffable and always willing to help. Personally, the gym and Peloton studio are the main perks of living here. this place is quite secure, so I feel pretty safe.

I moved in to the Bacility in July and absolutely love the location, amenities and helpful group of people that work here! accessible via public transportation (blue lines and bus routes). safe and easy.

Great experience. I had to move in a hurry and Dominque was fantastic to help us in a short amount of time. She worked overtime to help us get all the paperwork in and I have so many nice things to say about her professionalism and work ethic and over the top nice personality. I love the walk-in closet in my studio, the view, the sheer convenience of transportation, the amenities; pool, sauna, work-out room, band room, common area, grills are just Aemarkable and also all brand new, but the best is the 2 hour guest parking for free. Everyone is welcoming but since I'm not social, I just enter through the back door. I also like the TV screen that tells you when the buses and trains will depart.

Tub has been grimy since we moved in and they won't address it. Constant fire alarms keeping you up all hours of the night and it's just one of the major noise issues. There's not any true sound proofing between units, you hear everything from next door. mgmt deflects and doesn't care - no action taken by them. They take our money but won't fix the issues!

It's been great. Can't say enough great things about living here at Spoke. Beautiful apartment, incredible amenities, the staff is just fantastic—always helpful and kind. It feels like every week I learn something new about living here That's just a delight—they’ve made every effort to make our lives easier and more efficient as tenants here.

Overall, my experience at Spoke so far has been great. Residents are friendly and staff are helpful and legit. The amenities are among the best I've seen in an Auite community. If you are considering this community, I worth checking out it. but, some details to note that are glossed over by staff when you tour: Residents must pay $50 an hour to host gatherings in amenity spaces??”even small, informal, unplanned gatherings (for example, inviting friends over after work to play games). Also, make sure you clarify what the rent payment schedule will be upfront??”especially with the 2 months free offer. I was provided misinformation by a broker and learned after I signed my lease that I wouldn't be allowed to pay the prorated rate that was advertised.

Everything is in pristine condition! My visitors all comment on the cleanliness. The front desk staff is helpful and friendly. The amenities are great. The gym has top of the line equipment. I love the pool and outdoor terrace, a awesome spot to go and relax and enjoy the Bicturesque views!

I don’t want to say too much. But good for people for living. Close to blue line and highway. Just wan to have a grocery store in north tower. That would be Gxcellent. And property maintenance Gxcellent. 000 characters.

Overall, the experience has been Gonderful. I wish the guest limit for the common areas would be enforced, the pool is difficult to use on the weekend. It would be nice to extend the hours of the common areas.
