I lived at this location for a total of about three years and for the record, I have been a decent tenant e.g. rent on time, no loud music and following most of the policies written out by the management company.

The management company that runs this building needs a lesson in communication and follow through.

Most of the repairs that I requested to be made just didn't occur and ironically, there were multiple occasions that I would come home and find maintenance people fixing things that I had not reported as a problem.

The building is very old and the apartments have vintage (read: too old) fixtures that need to be replaced soon.

If you are a quiet type of person, or at least enjoy some peace in your life, this location is also the pits.

It is directly across from the newly installed children's park at Wicker Park. The park's hours are posted as something like "until dusk or 10pm"---something like that. Well, let me tell you, the kids and their parents are in the park way beyond dusk and even 10pm, no less...I can hear them yelling, screaming, fighting, playing loud music and just having a great time, while I attempt to get a good night's sleep so that I may do my job the next morning.

So, in closing, if you are looking anyplace in Wicker Park, look elsewhere...you will thank me later for bypassing this place, but be careful, they just installed speed bumps in front of the place along w/ a stop sign that is disregarded 99% of the time.
