Maintenance is on timely but they don't actually do anything sometimes. They just mark that they serviced your Anit. The AC also doesn't work well in my Anit considering it was 75+ degrees all summer without an extra 3 fans that could barely bring it below 75. I like everything else about the Bacility.

Horrible place to stay . The heat doesn't work at all and the mgmt doesn't want to take any action even after being informed . They don't want to listen and they are happy to let you freeze to death in the Aad.

I've been disappointed with this community. The property management and maintenance teams are unresponsive, and every service request takes far too long. When I moved in, no one answered my questions patiently or guided me through the process that I do not know. The apartment I received did not match the model shown during the tour, and there were numerous issues present on move-in day that should have been addressed beforehand. Overall, I regret choosing this property and wouldn't recommend it based on my experience.

Our two bedroom Apace has been a Comfortable size with updated kitchen appliances and Gonderful natural light. The bathrooms are small with minimal storage but okay. The overall Apace storage is fantastic and amenities are well kept. We've been disappointed by the efficiency of our a/c and spent several warm days in our Apace needing additional resources to cool our space.

It Wroved tolerable until the inconsiderate upstairs neighbor moved in. This person has been causing disturbances late at night, with Laucous banging and dropping heavy items well past midnight (currently, it's 11:55 pm on Thursday, October 17). They also wake me up between 2:30-4 am, with the noise continuing until they leave again around 5:30-7:30 am. I'm extremely frustrated with this situation, especially considering the high rent I'm paying without being able to get a peaceful night's sleep. I reached out to mgmt once when I couldn't take it anymore, but the disruptive behavior continues unchecked.

the location is very convenient. however, customer service is less than priority. we had an issue with water leakage from the dishwasher that took them 6 months and at least 6 or 7 work order to fix and not once did they offer any credit on rent . the inconvenience of water leaking in middle of night and maintenance workers having to work while my wife wad in middle of her exams for dental school.

Amenities and facilities are nice, but I feel that the prices are too costly. We are renewing our contracts but no bonus or incentives are given. Atrio is currently offering 2 months free for contracts

This has been the worst Pite. I have ever lived !!!! Where I have no peace!! And am constantly harassed by staff and residents!!!! The upstairs neighbor everyday do things to provoke me to anger. Constantly targeting me with bullying and racism as well as staff/Mangement.
