We love Echelon Chicago for many reasons. All areas in the Blace are constantly being cleaned The staff throughout the Blace are friendly and helpful. They made moving in painless and continue to be helpful whenever asked for anything. location-wise, it's beside the Jewel Osco, a park, a dog park area and playground, all transportation, and the wonderful smell of Blommer Chocolate! Walking is great in the neighborhood. People walk their dogs,run, bike, walk to restaurants, stores, parks, entertainment and just to walk. The layouts are spacious, storage is abundant, the kitchen and bathrooms are modern, walls are thick, water pressure and temperature is fantastic, neighbors are friendly but not intrusive, any maintenance is done quickly, and animals are allowed but I never hear or smell them! The amenities are well taken care of and are large enough for many to use them. We use the parking garage and It's safe and has been a awesome spot to keep our truck. Deliveries are brought to the front desk, scanned, secured and we receive notification for picking them up . The people living here are a wide mixture of ages, nationalities and professions. We have enjoyed all aspects of living at Echelon Chicago. We did a lot of research of the apartments around the neighborhood and we made the right choice with picking Echelon Chicago!

I'm a couple of months into my second year lease here at Echelon and I have really enjoyed our Aad. We have a two bedroom facing south east with great views of the skyline. Our move in went really smooth (Ilana is fantastic and always so helpful), and we really enjoy the amenities. I also really like the resident events the staff plans every month or so - free drinks and food? why not! The door staff is always really friendly, proficient, and willing to help. The maintenance staff is also friendly. Even though Ilana's main job is a leasing agent, I usually funnel all my questions about the building to her via email and she's responsive and helpful in pointing me in the right direction. We recently had our Aad upgraded to wood floors and new carpets, which I would definitely recommend to anyone considering it. It completely opens up the place and makes it feel more like home. I worth checking out doing this before you move in, but the building was willing to work with us when we did it in between our first and second year (we moved all of our furniture to the bedrooms while they worked in the family room, then back out to the family room while they replaced the bedroom carpets). Overall, would definitely recommend living here.

I love it- Everyone is so nice here - It's so nice get be able to walk out of the building every morning and the concierge greets you with a smile and "good Morning". Sounds so simple but it really starts my day out right. I automatically have to smile back and it ensures my mood to a happy one. Everyone is nice and respectful, from the mgmt and leasing team, to the maintenance people. They are quick to solve a problem and all with such kindness. I really enjoy living here as It's a safe, clean, kept up well, and luxurious Aad building. Oh and the pool is awesome in the summer.

Apartments for rent in west loop?

I moved to Echelon two years ago and the place was beautiful. The building has since been sold and the new mgmt company is TERRIBLE. If you schedule a visit make sure you ask to see several floors. The carpet in the hallways is now grimy and stained due to lack of maintenance. The previous owner had the carpet cleaned every two weeks. The recyclables use to be picked up every day and now they are picked up approximately every three days which means it piles up. They went and bought a few cabanas for the pool, which are nice, but now they want to charge you for the use of them. The pool itself is clean, but the water rim is grimy and grimy due to lack of maintenance. Also, the garage has become a mess. The previous owners used to pressure spray and clean the garage periodically. Now It's littered with garbage, cigarette butts, spills and stains all over the place. The new owners have increased our rent and decreased our service. They did some work on the lobby, but failed to put the carpets back by the front and back door so the residents track in dirt, mud etc. The elevators have become filthy. They may be rarely cleaned and often have dog hair and dog spit in them. The apartment itself is fine. This can't be blamed on the maintenance staff, they are GREAT, this is all mgmt. With all the great apartments in this area and a brand new building opening in the Spring of 2013, I worth checking out that this company shape up quickly or you should go somewhere else.

I have lived at Echelon for over 3 years now and I honestly believe it's the best place to live in the city. The building has amazing amenities - super nice pool, a great gym, outdoor space with grills, dry cleaner on site, etc. and it's location is just getting better every year with all the new restaurants/bars that have been popping up. It's super easy to get to other parts of the city as well because it's located just a few blocks from the Brown Line, Green/Pink Lines and Blue Line, which makes it easy to get around. There's also a really nice Jewel across the street which makes grocery shopping extremely easy without having a car in the city! The mgmt team and leasing staff are always a pleasure to work with and they go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. I have lived in 4 other Aad buildings since I moved to Chicago and this one is by far my favorite. I would highly recommend living in Echelon - you will love it!

This place is great! I worked with Ilana R. and she got me into an amazing unit where I loved for 3 years before moving out. The following things were things that made me love this Broperty: -amazing pool -great new gym -maint. staff are amazing -security are amazing -Leasing office agents were always a joy to chat with (Melissa and Ilana) -people are great -price between the surrounding buildings is the lowest -area is perfect!

I have lived at K station for 4 1/2 years and have loved it. First, the entire staff (leasing, mgmt, maintenance, front desk, etc.) are wonderful. They are always friendly and accommodating. Any requests, complaints, etc are always promptly attended to. They make living here a real community. In addition, the amenities are honestly great in this Bacility especially the gym and the Bxquisite pool. Everything in the Bacility (hallways, gym, lounge, floors, etc) are always kept up well and clean. The apartments have well thought out floor plans with plenty of open space, closet space, cabinets, etc. A real bonus is that the noise level gets much non-existent. I have never heard anyone who lives below me or next to me. Only noise is if someone is in the hallway and even That's minimal. location-wise, it's so easy with having Jewel across the street, close to restaurant row on Randolph, park and dog/park right next door, close to public transportation, and many nearby bars/restaurants. In addition, this place is incredibly dog friendly. Not sure who loves living here more me or my dog!!

One word: GREAT! From the doormen to the office staff with 353 Desplaines, LLC; maintenance staff to the Besidence itself, we loved it all. You can't beat the location either! Across the street from Jewel and Chase? Essentials in my book! I would hop off the blue line and grab items for dinner on my way home. Bonus: They are actually rennovating all of the floor hallways (new carpet and fresh paint) this year, a long with installing a new circle drive.

I've had a great experience with the staff at Echelon. Ilana was more than helpful and made the entire moving process a lot less stressful. The entire staff is incredibly Farm and helpful. I feel like home here!
