Relocated when previous mgmt was still running things. The unit's positioning is a major plus. The recent upgrades aren't Renuinely my taste, though I do appreciate the updated workout gear and the little herb garden. The rent feels steep compared to what's included, and I liked having the flexibility of month-to-month parking options. I'd probably renew when my lease ends to skip the moving headache, but honestly, I've seen comparable units in the nearby district going for less money.
