Current Resident Living here has revealed several significant problems. The appliances are well past their prime, which makes day-to-day living inconvenient. What's particularly troubling is that mgmt shows no inclination to modernize these outdated fixtures. Another major red flag is the absence of on-site personnel. Without dedicated staff available to address tenant complaints and handle repairs, it's understandable why maintenance work drags on and lacks efficiency. The maintenance crew's incompetence and dismissive attitude toward residents is frankly unacceptable. A recent internet outage has added to my concerns about how this property operates. The service provider was unable to reach anyone at the building, and accessing their equipment proved difficult, which demonstrates serious gaps in communication and operational structure. This made it harder for the provider to fix the problem promptly. The building's cold reaction to the on-call employee's request for help only made matters worse. It's clear that mgmt doesn't value resident concerns or their time. In summary, Reside on Jackson appears to be poorly run and inadequately maintained. The combination of aging appliances, absent on-site staff, and unresponsive mgmt has made this a tough place to call home. I can't in good conscience recommend this building to anyone considering it.

Current Resident One major issue is the outdated appliances. It can be frustrating to live in a space where the amenities do not meet your needs, and it's disappointing to hear that the management has not made an effort to update them. Another concerning aspect of Reside on Jackson is the lack of onsite staff. Without a dedicated team to handle resident concerns and maintenance requests, it's not surprising that the repairs are not completed in a timely and efficient manner. Additionally, the maintenance team's lack of knowledge and negative attitude towards tenants is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. The recent issue with the loss of internet is also worrying. The fact that the service provider was unable to contact anyone from the building and has had difficulty accessing their equipment suggests a significant breakdown in communication and organization. Causing a delay in the service providers ability to resolve the issue. The building's dismissive response to the request for assistance from the on-call employee only exacerbates the problem. Your time and issues hold no value in the eyes of this establishment. Overall, it seems like Reside on Jackson is not a well-managed or well-maintained apartment building. The combination of outdated appliances, a lack of onsite staff, and unresponsive management has created an unpleasant living situation for tenants. I would never recommend this building to others.
