Circle park has well-maintained apartments at an affordable price in a nice neighborhood. The only reason I wouldn't recommend these apartments is the noise, fumes, and dust of 4-5 hours of leaf blowing every day from April through November. They do leaf blowing every day, rain or shine, whether or not There's anything to blow (usually not).

I was born and raised in this area and was approved for a 3 bedroom once before, but I declined it. At the time when I came to see the place I saw kids and teenagers jumping the fence and there were no stores around then. I was also told the area was bad back then. What I don’t understand is why the rent is so high and you have to make about 50% of their income bracket when there are so many horrible things happening according to the reviews. When I was approved years ago, management was very strict. They told me they did surprise house inspections like in the 70s, checked under the beds, and looked in all your closets. Personally I didn’t have a problem with that because I keep a very clean home. I had a super nice house with expensive quality furniture and everything was always clean. But based on what I’m reading now, how did it come to this? The only things I like about the area are that it’s close to UIC, my favorite hospital Rush, and now there is a Jewel nearby, and everything is basically in walking distance. Now I see they go by the 60% income policy, probably trying their best to keep the bad apples out. Tenants can blame management 50% and tenants 50%. I say that because the tenants are the ones who bring in problems like bedbugs, gang-banging children, and other issues. Management — once you are aware of these problems, you need to give one warning, and if they still don’t act right, start the eviction process. Do not let these very nice townhouses go down because of ------, unappreciative, non-parenting bad tenants. — Anonymous

Expensive for up and coming neighborhood

I think these apartments are decent for the college kids and single couples around the neighborhood, but unacceptable for families with children. The noise level is high but it´s a trade off due to the closeness of the hospitals. <br> <br>Security could be much better and the mgmt team can be moody at times. But in a nutshell its extremely not worth the price.

this place is terrible and not safe at all security is a joke when you really need them they wont be around i had my car broken into several times and mgmt they unprofessional rude and act as though there doing you a favor by allowing you to rent and apt i was treated unfair there harassed sexually by security and other ------ tenants and treated like crap from there ------ mgmt those chicks are just so mean all of them need to be replaced

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Sure move in if you don't have kids.If you move in you will hear fights everyday.Always loud.Horrible ------ kids That's across the street from the village.We have to have our own security guards so that the village gangsters don't get in.If you have common sense don't move in here if you don't know anyone here.You've got lots of robberies and problems with BED BUGS.(IF YOU SEE FURNITURE BY THE GARBAGE don't TOUCH IT UNLESS YOUR STUPID.)The rules are that you can't barbecue by your house.You can't your bikes.no dogs aloud.Gang activities.expensive and expands rent.No activities for kids.Tennis and basketball court locked up.No good schools in area.Charge you for everything.Fake good reviews.

The leasing office doesn't take complaints seriously. We lost packages often, and they refuse to install security camera for us even we complained so many times. My car was hit and run when it was parked in the parking lot. I can't find the perpetrator due to no camera installed. Package stolen, car damaged, what will be next? No proof, no witness, what the hell can you do but screw yourself? The mgmt called to say sorry but they don't want to take any responsibilities and the caller even hang up my phone before I finished my words as they don't really care. They just make a call and get the job done. Then, I emailed the mgmt to express my concerns and complaints but I don't get any response yet for a week.

THE mgmt isn't GOOD , THE MATINENCE isn't GOOD THEY FIX THINGS WIN THEY WANT , THE SECURITY IS FAKE THEY ONLY PROTECT WHEN BEING SUPERVISED !! AND IF I WERE U I WOULDNT MOV EIN TO CIRCLE PARK !!

DON´T DO IT

This place is so ------. I came home the other night to a guy smoking marijuana on the stairs. The mgmt office personnel are rude and lazy. This place used to be nice but now they just let anyone in and It's awful. Itýs close to UIC but its not worth any of the $965 we pay for rent. Oh and parking sucks too. All visitors have to move their cars to the street by 11:00pm or be towed but There's no parking anywhere near by. You've got little bad cursing children running wild day and night during the summer. If you are thinking of moving here DONýT DO IT!!! And if you happen to read a good review of this place it could only be by someone that either works here or is from the projects and thinks this is movin´ on up! No one with any decent background or class could stomach this place.

This Place sucks !!

The apartments are ok, but not at all the secured place. I have witnessed 5 muggings, one at gun point right outside my door. And mgmt have never taken any steps to stop this. Infact they are rude and hardly bother about any issues we take to them even regarding the apartment.

this place is located in the ------ you have to walk a long way just to get in the circle when your door is where you started out apt is small and rent is to much for all these problems
