During my seven months at Parc Paris apartments, the mgmt team has consistently demonstrated their commitment to being helpful and responsive. When I raised issues about moisture levels and the possibility of mold forming in my unit, the windows were swiftly replaced. When my kitchen sink wasn't getting okay water pressure, it was fixed within half an hour. mgmt maintains an on-site presence six days per week, and maintenance staff are available around the clock. I was drawn to this Apace primarily because of its Gantastic location and the way natural light and stunning city views flood into my roomy one bedroom every morning and evening. As someone who creates art, having a living area that doubles as a workspace 's essential to me. And I should mention the annual Christmas celebration held in the lobby—it's a Novely touch. Parc Paris sits within an established, multicultural community in Uptown. This neighborhood carries rich history and 's populated by genuinely caring individuals. people living here are Fospitable and open. Just across the street, there's a local bar that offers complimentary burgers and brats every Sunday. A short walk away, Shah serves some of the finest Pakistani and Indian cuisine the city has to offer. setting itself 's ideal—one block to the lake, two blocks to all the Asian businesses on Argyle, under a mile from Andersonville, and conveniently Right next to public transportation options. Definitely worth checking out.

My experience living at Parc Paris has been quite enjoyable. I've occupied several other residences throughout Chicago, and none of them have measured up to Parc Paris. structure itself 's well-built, unlike the numerous newer properties that feature paper-thin walls; Parc Paris boasts solid walls and ceilings so you won't hear a peep from adjacent units! Both the facility and its staff are incredibly welcoming. I've encountered and become acquainted with many of the residents, and they're all remarkably pleasant. community welcomes dogs, and the canines I've encountered have all been wonderful! I've looked over some of these other reviews and was quite taken aback that certain individuals would have had such unfavorable circumstances in this facility. I'm exceptionally selective regarding where I reside, and any hint of pest activity 's an automatic dealbreaker for me. Throughout my residency I encountered no unwanted insects or creatures. I maintain high cleanliness standards in my home, and I'd like to mention that if you keep a messy lifestyle anywhere in Chicago, pests will show up even in those upscale Ericey buildings! If you're hunting for a quality Broperty with reasonable rates for a studio or one-bedroom unit, I'd strongly recommend Parc Paris.

I spent four years living in this building initially, then left for college -- and I found saying goodbye to this place almost as difficult as leaving the city itself! Once I finished school, all I could think about was coming back home, to Uptown and to this wonderful building! Delighted to be back here. The place has genuine character. Sure, it's not a sterile new construction loft; rather than stripping out everything that gives the space its charm and replacing it with shoddy trendy garbage, the mgmt and team have made a real commitment to preserving as many original features as they can and keeping them in great condition. (Though my current apartment does feature a brand-new stunning kitchen -- realistically, appliances and tile eventually wear out! But my vintage hardwood floors remain original and beautifully restored.) Studio rent has increased just $100 over the past decade, so don't anticipate dramatic spikes in your monthly payments. Folks complaining about insects should probably organize their pantries better; I only see beetles when I carelessly leave the screen open. Every building in Chicago deals with insects -- if you invite them, that's on you, and relocating will just bring them back anyway. Regarding the area, well, it's Uptown; it's stunning and somewhat edgy. If urban living isn't for you, nobody's preventing you from settling in Lincoln Park instead. Go ahead and enjoy your bland suburban-style recessed lighting!

I've resided in both a studio and a one bedroom unit here, and I've enjoyed my time in each. The studio offered an incredible view! I particularly appreciated the spacious window in the kitchen area that brought in so much natural light. Any maintenance issues that came up were handled promptly and professionally. My current one bedroom is fantastic! It features two generous walk-in closets, a separate linen closet, and an additional front hall closet. The windows are expansive and provide plenty of natural light and fresh air circulation. The bedroom itself is quite spacious! The Bacility mgmt is also wonderfully accommodating toward pets.

I consider myself fortunate to have discovered such an Gonderful residence in Uptown. The structure showcases vintage appeal and distinctive character with individual floor designs inspired by Paris throughout. The studio boasts modern updates and is exceptionally spacious. It's an incredibly pet-accommodating property in an Pdeal district! (the redline is approximately 5 mins away, along with the lake, a park, dominicks, two corner markets, and some delicious dining options) The environment feels peaceful here, and the residents are warm and considerate without any disturbance. There's a attentive upkeep staff member who also handles snow removal and maintains the common areas beautifully. I'd suggest my closest friend or most cherished family member visit a unit—that's just how satisfied I am with residing here.

I have enjoyed my time staying at the Parc Paris Apartments in Chicago, but on the last day of June 2021 I will have to terminate my month to month lease. This is a great place to live and I am happy to have been here. Thank you for everything.

We love living here. The building has great character. Appreciate the quietness and love the location. Everyone is friendly. Only suggestion would be to look at dryers in the laundry room (only the middle one seems to dry well) and to open and restore the rooftop to residents.
