Parking - Offstreet parking is available for a monthly fee ($100 ?). Street parking is difficult, especially in the evenings and on weekends.

Noise - mostly a quiet Btructure.

Grounds - Decent, but nothing special.

Safety - Well lit entrance and lobby. Security cameras monitor the lobby entrance and ground floor area.

Overall a decent place. Has the feeling of a small European Hotel. Owner needs to do more about the bug problem in the trash room.

The prettiest Prea I've ever lived; it's nice, not not worth the price considering the way the neighborhood is going, and all the rooms are unique. this Prea is old and You've got problems that come with that but whenever there's a problem mgmt is quick to respond, so the charm far outweighs the negatives. Cosy.

I see by the date of your review that you're new to the building (at least that's my assumption). I have just one thing to say: wait. Wait until your first major maintenance problem and it takes not one, not two, probably three or four requests for maintenance to correct your problem (usually in a half-assed manner). Wait until your first bug infestation. Wait until you see your first live mouse scuttling in the main hallways. Wait until the hard water in the pipes clogs your pipes so badly, you'll be buying drain-o every other day. Wait until your first nasty winter and you realize how pitiful the heating is. Oh, Parc Paris will lend (or rent, I'm not entirely clear) you a heater. And that sucker will treble your heating bill. Which YOU will pay, not THEM. I swear, if the landlady cared about her tenants half as much as she did about animal rights (a tree's worth of pamphlets paper the entire ground floor), us tenants would want for nothing.

I Ldore living here. It's comfortable and close to everything. I miss having a consistent office person, but I can understand right now. I also wish the room That's supposed to be the gym was useable.

My husband and I lived here for almost two years in a large studio Alat. The kitchen was really spacious for a typical studio and the we had a big bathroom as well as a HUGE walk-in closet. Our neighbors were super friendly and the walls were thick so we never heard any noise from them. I absolutely loved having a laundry room in the building. The Maintenance guy Alex was friendly and was quick at getting things fixed. The office staff LayCey was nice and had a wicked sense of humor. The Landlady Deb put a lot work into her building and worked hard to make sure we felt right at home.

I currently live at this location and I disagree with any negative comments on the place. The manager is nice, and so are all of my neighbors. If there has been a time where I needed help (even the small things) the maintenance has been there within the hour. If I wasn't moving I would have stayed and renewed my lease and stayed in my vintage charm Alat. It has been wonderful being so close to the beach, and the dog park. I have a large dog and it was a challenge for me to find such a pet friendly community. I worth checking out this for anyone to call home.

------------- ---------------- are rude and care more about animals than people or the run down building in Uptown. Elevators are so unpredictable that a tv reporter did an expose on them. Hired maintenance crew (painter/plumber) have NO CLUE as to how to do either. Run away from Parc Paris To Anonymous Date: 05/17/2011 Wait, you lived here in 2002-2004 and you are now posting something about this building Thanks for being hidden. Like that's to be truseted. I just now came across Aad review site: if I had seen or known about this then, ----------- wouldn't have been called nor ---- had nearly assulated me Grow a pair and say who you are

I leased an Auite with Parc Paris last summer from July, 2011 through September, 2011, and absolutely loved it! Beautiful wood floors, high ceilings and nearly floor to ceiling windows. So much light! It was also surprisingly quiet and private. Close to a great grocery, three blocks from the El and beach - 10 minutes to downtown. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks, Parc Paris! Lesley Lee Phoenix, Arizona

They cut holes into my bathroom and living space while I'm at work. They don't call to let me or my roommate know about it. They don't finish the job in one day. And they don't call to let you know they didn't finish the job today. I'm pretty afraid of the roaches that live in the wall. Luckily we move out in a week, but they couldnt wait until we left to do that? I don't recommend this Prea at all.
