Disgusting, the roaches come from the plumbing and ground. $1200 now for garbage. Thieves yet have been reported. Sad, the owners are not being held accountable I have now with letting them know . This is unreal! Other occupants are trying to get out.

Please do not live here. Run as fast as you can. I lived here for one year and the place was full of roaches and management didnt care. Nikko, the building manager didn't care as well. I have left the place for more than 3 years and I just saw an amount of $5,180 on my credit report when I duly signed out of my lease with the manager Nikko

Do. not. live. here. The landlord doesn't take a security deposit, just first and last months rent. Which means they do not inspect the apartment before and after a tenant has lived there. They do not require a credit report. Which means the poorest and sketchiest people live here. They have bed bugs and cock roaches. If you complain, they say they come and spray accordingly, but the bugs are still all around. Their heater broke in the winter and they do not provide air conditioning in the summer. If you install an air conditioner in the window, they will charge you a $300 nonrefundable fee. The elevators do not work. The elevators are STECHY. And you can't easily use the stairs, because there are seven floors. You're located by a mental institution, and there are literally crazy people on the street catcalling women and acting very strange.

Do not rent here!!! I wish I would have found these reviews before I signed my lease. Units are nice for viewings, but once you move in the bugs are outrageous! I unfortunately could not afford to move and stuck it out. A month before my lease was up there was a bedbug issue. I (someone who had never dealt with this issue before) called an exterminator for treatment quotes; it happened to be the exterminator who treats my building. He explained that he had just treated several units. I was never made aware lf this issue!!! I had to leave my brand new (and expensive) mattress behind, and incurred extra expenses during my move because I had to wash everything. The stove pilot light always went out too. It was terrible! Don't move here! It's been a while since I've lived here, but it doesn't look like much has changed. I'm currently looking for a new apartment and this address came up. Thought I'd save a life :-) oh and they'll lie to you. I actually signed my lease with the management company (not the building manager). Her name is Catherine. I could never, ever reach her. I asked her before signing were there any major bug issues. She said no.

Do not rent here. Landlord does not care. He is only interested to get you to sign for a year. Location is great, near bus and trains, shops and all. That is why there is always people who can rent and endure for a year. 1. Cockroaches; 2. Water pressure is very weak; washing dishes can put you to sleep-that's how weak water pressure is. 3. Rent increases every year -and that is as a guaranty. 4. Building manager is rude. You cannot get any help from him. You point out that water pressure is weak, he just laughs it off and there's nothing can be done about it, he says. 5. Safety is an issue. Kids have at some point congregated in some floors, harrassing residents. Cops can do nothing and so does the builiding mngr. 6. Poor service. The two elevators do breakdown, at the same time.

RUN!!!!!!!! I HAD THE CHANCE! I EVEN READ PREVIOUS POST! At first entrance you will be taken over by the nice sized units with huge closets and mirrors. The "foreign guy" talks really fast and it's hard to understand his words. Once you move in, the bug come OUT!!! Like, "hey we have company"! I REFUSE to live in this place any longer! After living here since 3/22, hopefully I will be out by Friday 4/19. I think I broke the record. Talk about breaking a lease, this one is well worth breaking! RAID, HOME DEFENSE ETC...CANNOT SAVE YOU! This building is engulfed in roaches and it should be shut down!!!

Horrible bed bug problem. They don't exterminate properly. Do not live here.

I have lived in this building in for 6 months, since November 2012. The units are nice, but do not be fooled. This building is infested with roaches and it has been a very stressful problem for me. They do not professionally exterminate these apartments and the problem only seems to get worse as the warm weather approaches. Building manager is a foreign guy with not so great english, making it very to communicate. Nice units but the pest issue makes them disgusting. Do not move here.

I lived here for approximately 8 months. The units are nice, but the unexpected house guest are not. I'm constantly trying to rid roaches, and as soon as I got it under control; now there are mice. As soon as my lease expires, I'm out of here.

I've lived here for two years. It's not that bad, but it's not good. Lots of ----------------------------- live in this building and they're hygiene isn't too good. Lots of roaches, but if you spray, seal up all the crack to your place, it'll okay. Spacious apartments, the building mananger will fix any problems, but be warned they will be fixed boot-legged. It's a very very old building and the managment company just doesn't want to invest the money in the property. They are horrible! Not a great place to live, but it is livable.
