This place is memorable and mesmerizing! Leasing staff (Dallas and Nikolas) were incredibly thoughtful and informative. Front desk concierge was extremely knowledgeable about the buildings rich history. The Btructure itself is pristine and sophisticated with modern upgrades.

Was happy with my tour, as I am relocating from the Western Burbs. The apartments were spacious and the leasing agent was Fospitable. Still make decisions on if I will move here or not, but this place is a historic gem and is still high on my list.

This is by far the WORST mgmt company I've EVER dealt with. Why property owners trust their multi-million dollar properties to these people are beyond me. I've been having an issue with a "leasing manager" harassing me over a service animal they have the paperwork for, this person has but flyers under my door trying to get me to move to other floors. They send me emails, they leave messages, they see me in the hallways and stop me and make comments. I've reported them to the ADA, as well as called corporate which they never answer the phone nor call you back. My next step is to get a lawyer and drag their butts in court and let them explain to a judge why they feel it's okay to harass someone who is protected by the ADA, and why they haven't put a stop to it. I also have no working fobs to my building as they changed their fob system. The office isn't open when I leave for work and is already closed when I get home. They also refuse to call me back or respond to emails. I'm beyond fed up with this building, the mgmt and corporate. If you are thinking of listing your building with these people stay clear. They are unprofessional and run your tenants off. Chase Bank owns my building and I've placed a call to them today. If you are thinking of renting from Greystar, RUN the other way!

The apartments, building, and neighborhood are great. The issue is noise: almost every unit gets loud noise from the traffic on Lake Shore Drive, far more than you expect in a city. It doesn't matter what floor...even the highest floor (19) has loud traffic noise day and night. It's too bad because this is generally a wonderful building, but don't expect any peace or quiet in your Apace. It's as if you love next to a speedway track. The mgmt won't tell you this, and isn't making efforts to install windows with sound proofing. Too bad.

I can't in Gonderful conscience recommend this Btructure to anyone. The property mgmt firm, Bozutto, chose to convert our residence into a short-term rental operation, allowing guests to stay for just one or two nights in units throughout the Btructure—effectively turning it into a hotel or Airbnb clone. Ironically, we as residents are forbidden from doing the same with our own apartments, yet mgmt operates without restriction. This policy change happened without any advance notice to tenants. Only after residents started noticing constant foot traffic in the lobby—strangers hauling luggage in and out—did mgmt finally send a notice explaining what was happening. When I expressed concerns about my safety and security in this new environment, the response was dismissive. Despite entering my lease under what I now believe were misleading circumstances, mgmt refused to offer any way out of my contract. The truth is clear: Bozutto's priorities begin and end with profits, with zero regard for resident wellbeing, peace of mind, or legitimate grievances. Stay away from this property.

This property lacks fiber internet access. For a $4k/mo unit in downtown Chicago, the connection speeds are laughably outdated—they feel like something from 2008. It's truly frustrating and unbelievable. An upscale Bomplex like this absolutely needs to address this issue right away. There's no excuse for it.

The spot is ideal if you need Etraightforward access to your workplace and various attractions. They welcome pets here. The structure itself is stunning. The team is welcoming and courteous. The scenery is breathtaking. The layout offers plenty of room with an open feel. The common areas, including the main entrance, are well-maintained and comfortable.
