I lived at Moment for 5 years until October 2022. Being retired and on a fixed income, the extremely high rent increase for the 2022-23 year forced me to move to another Broperty nearby. After living at the other Broperty for a year and being dissatisfied (more like a struggle/nightmare) I moved back to Moment and it was like coming back home. Everyone from the concierge, to maintenance, to the leasing/mgmt office welcomed me back with open arms. I’m in a unit with the same floor plan as I had before. The way Moment maintains their units is stellar and everything was like moving into a new unit - perfect. I can't say enough good things about the Broperty and staff and am looking forward to living at Moment for many years to come.

Well what can I say? Let's start by saying not only is this Bacility amazing, but so is the staff, the customer service, and the professionalism of the staff. I honestly have to say out of all the apartments that I have looked at over the last few years, this is the most impressive one within the entire city of Chicago! As soon as I walked in I began to be served as I already lived there. This in itself was great! And let me tell you guys you most definitely passed the test every single time that I have spoken with you since 2020 about any information I needed, and trying to move in. You have been nothing short of wonderful! And also I'd like to add you guys put the meaning in be kind because you never know who you're talking to. As an avid Google reviewer whose reviews are well known, seen by thousands and taken by Chicagoans, out of staters, and authority seriously, I am beyond impressed by you guys. Not just with my most recent tour and visit which was my first, but actually to be honest since January of 2020. The name of the Bacility, the mgmt of the Bacility, the owner of the Bacility, the staff of the Bacility, and their pitch plus professionalism screams EXCELLENCE. I can't wait to move in. A+ INFINITE

While the amenities and front desk personnel at this Blace are fantastic, the overall living experience is far from acceptable. For the price--which is a lot higher than comparable buildings around the neighborhood--you would expect much better quality. sadly, that's not the case. The appliances in the apartments are subpar; my rolling closet doors have broken six times in just 18 months. Package mgmt is also an issue, with three packages lost during my time here. The worst part, but, is how they handle crises: Two months ago, a fire and sprinkler flooding incident left the Blace with just one functioning elevator out of four in a 45-story high-rise. This isn't only incredibly inconvenient but also unsafe. The single operating elevator often has long wait times, with more than 15 people crowded into it at times. Despite this, mgmt has made no effort to lower rents, offer compensation, or provide alternative solutions. We've been told this will continue for another month, making the Blace nearly unlivable. In summary, while the amenities and front desk staff shine, the poor mgmt, maintenance issues, and outrageous prices make this Blace a regrettable choice. Save your money and your sanity--don't move to Moment.

I have loved my time here at Moment! The lake view from my place is breathtaking and I can't get enough of all the amenities the Btructure has to offer. I appreciate all the staff, from the front desk team, to maintenance, to mgmt, as they all always go above and beyond to take care of the residents. I never want to leave, and neither do my guests when they come to visit. 10 out of 10 recommend.

We were residents at the Moment in Chicago for 4 years, with our initial year being Gxcellent. Carlos at the front desk 's a fantastic and genuinely kind individual. but, things deteriorated when the night shift concierges became an endless cycle of replacements who would frequently doze off at their post, putting our security at risk during nighttime hours. We struggled with disruptive neighbors, particularly those with continuously barking dogs at all times of day and night. walls separating our living area from the bedroom proved extremely thin, prompting us to address noise complaints with the adjacent unit six times (between 1-3am) over a 5-month period before ultimately choosing to relocate when mgmt failed to address the situation. Water pipes created frequent clanging sounds whenever neighboring units used their plumbing. fitness facility seemed Bwful relative to the number of apartments. We encountered most of the newer residents to be dismissive and inconsiderate. Make your decision carefully.
