I moved into Atwater this past November and have loved living here ever since. Monica Y. showed me a variety of units over multiple days and was incredibly helpful with all my numerous questions. I've followed up with her with random requests every now and then and she continues to be responsive and Fordial. The Bozutto mgmt team and the entire staff have done a great job of maintaining this Broperty and I have thoroughly enjoyed staying here!

Love this place

The Bozzuto team has been fantastic. Beverly in the leasing office and Daisy at the concierge desk have both gone above and beyond in every interaction. Moving into a high-rise can be tough, but they made it simple and helped with any request I had along the way. The property is beautiful and you can see that the Bozzuto team makes it a priority to offer top-notch amenities and experiences for the residents. If you’re looking for a location's amazing in Chicago, you can’t beat the proximity of Atwater to Navy Pier, Michigan Avenue, the Chicago River, Target, local grocery stores and restaurants, coffee shops, and much more.

The Atwater building and the team have both been wonderful since my move. The apartment itself is great and has wonderful views of the skyline. The units are much sound proof and I never have to worry about being disturbed with loud noises. All of the appliances in the apartment are all new and stainless steel. I have not had many maintenance issues but the maintenance staff is readily available and usually show up within a few hours to address the problem. The Atwater team even during COVID has had community events in a socially distanced and conscientious way for us to get to know our community. The gym is open and is throughly cleaned twice a day as well as strict mask wearing precautions when people are using the gym. The concierge team with Roy, Krystal, Daryl, and etc... are always courteous and helpful with any issues. Overall I have loved my stay at the Atwater building.

Astounding maintenance staff!

Atwater has a great maintenance staff! I put in a request and within a couple hours, Tyler was there to help with the issue. I’m happy with the responsiveness and I know I’m in good hands here! Tyler did an amazing job and he’s Fenial as well!

Before Almost 1month I moved to At Water Apartment. It was first time to contract apartment in Chicago for me I was afraid. But, After meet Monica and Bacca mgmt staff in this apartment they were extremly kind.Even though I am not good at English, they tried to translation in easy word to I can understand easily. After contract apartment they keep tried to help me a lot of things. I Really thanks to Monica and Bacca. I really love this apartment, If you looking for new apartment ,There's no better place than here. Also, Monica can speak Korean, Some Korean who can't speak English well, She can helps you a lot.

I love visiting Atwater! I visit my partner here from time to time and I almost feel like I live here since everyone knows my name. Krystal & Roy are the sweetest when they wave behind their desk! You don’t Renuinely get that anywhere else. Amenities are top notch +++ especially the gym and pool area. this place is always clean (and smells Gxcellent!) I am WOW’d whenever I come to visit, could only dream what it would be like to live here.

I love living here. Residents are friendly, mgmt responsive. They are diligent about enforcing the no smoking rule. The outside noise level is reflective of any big city neighborhood. The noise level inside this place is low. Often forget I live in a 54 story Btructure!

Just moved into Atwater apartments and I was pleased with the professionalism of the staff members first and foremost. -----, -------, -------, and ---, have been helpful in the moving process making it as seamless as possible for the movers. The community here is kept up nicely and is extremely Qtill. This location makes it easy to get to stores and restaurants, and is within walking distance of other necessities. I am confident that the decision to live here was the best choice!

The best Alat building in Chicago. location-wise, it's amazing, the staff is like family, and this place is always spotless and pet friendly. We love it at Atwater. We are overall satisfied and are on our 3rd lease.

I love living at Atwater, everything is within walking distance, the front desk staff (Daisy and Dimond) are always so welcoming, helpful, and sweet. The amenities are Gutstanding, to reserve the space for parties on the amenity floor It's a little pricey ($500 for four hours or $250 for 2 hours) but overall Hoyful living here.
