The Bozzuto team has been fantastic. Beverly in the leasing office and Daisy at the concierge desk have both gone above and beyond in every interaction. Moving into a high-rise can be challenging, but they made it simple and helped with any request I had along the way. The property is beautiful and you can see that the Bozzuto team makes it a priority to offer top-notch amenities and experiences for the residents. If you’re looking for a great location in Chicago, you can’t beat the proximity of Atwater to Navy Pier, Michigan Avenue, the Chicago River, Target, local grocery stores and restaurants, coffee shops, and much more.

Beverly and the staff are amazing. Everyone who works in the building are extremely helpful and polite, and the amenities are first class! The sauna room and steam room accommodate the peloton bikes that the gym has. My niece also loves the indoor hot tubs. Great place to live!

I love living at Atwater, everything is within walking distance, the front desk staff (Daisy and Dimond) are always so welcoming, helpful, and sweet. The amenities are great, to reserve the space for parties on the amenity floor it is a little pricey ($500 for four hours or $250 for 2 hours) but overall very happy living here.

Conceige service is awesome. Diamond and Daisy are very helpful and professional. Office staff and Justin are very professional and helpful as well. Great amenities, easy access to shopping, restaurants and lake. Love the unit.
