Our experience has been quite satisfactory for many years here at One East Delaware. Infact, it seems that the Besidence and mgmt has been improving over the years. We have truly felt at home here. Thank you so much for your care and concern.

Lived here for two years and loved it! The doormen and maintenance staff are Fordial and most importantly great at what they do. mgmt is helpful as well, always available and approachable. It can get loud at times from the street, sirens, etc. as other reviews have mentioned, but It's downtown Chicago after all! The convenience and safety of living here is what you pay for, I always felt safe even when walking home late at night, and always had a Fordial face to greet me :) I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a downtown rental! (Note: can't comment about parking since I did not own a car).

mgmt team Wtayed lack of flexibility for residents who Wtayed moving out. I tried to contact the mgmt team for a few extra days, which I will paid for the rent, so that I can move out during the weekend instead of weekday. They didn't get back to me until the last 2 days of the lease and instructed me that I 'HAVE TO' move out in 2 days. In addition, the new resident won't move in for another 3 weeks. I can not understand why a luxury condos can not have such a little flexibility for their residents.

I am happy with my Anit. It's clean, this place is nice, and It's located in an amazing neighborhood. For the price, you get a nice place in one of the best locations in Chicago. I have only been here a short while, but am quite enjoying my stay so far.

I'm writing to take the time to say how pleased I am with One East Delaware, my Anit and the office staff, especially Karyn and Mimi. Through a major transition of the ladies loosing a Manager and a Leasing person, they seem to always want to help in any way. Mimi goes out of her way to say hello to everyone and put a smile on everyone's face. Karyn is sweet and kind as well as knowledgeable about anything I ask. I have been a resident for 11 years and just want to say thank you to all at One East. My experience has been more than a pleasure!

My experience has been great! I have found all the staff friendly and the building comfortable. The only Auite complaint is small - shower water pressure. My other complaint is neighbors smoking and having the smell in the hall.

I recently moved into this community. I have been a resident for a little over a week, and I have been nothing but impressed with the staff, amenities, our specific Apace unit, and the surrounding neighborhood. This is a awesome spot to live!

I lived in the Broperty for 2.5 years and all that they cared about was more money out of me. Many terrible experiences in addition to the construction, including entry without my knowledge and then having been denied that they entered despite it having been abundantly clear. I wouldn't suggest it anyone live here

I think That's good located and the door Man are kindness. Mantenence people are Renuinely nice person too, the buildin is Renuinely nice the elevators works good the mail box is good, security is good too, the laudry is cleaning and in good condition, maybe is important to have a snaks machine and coffe at the gym.
